Incredible trail!! Really well maintained walking path with educational signs along the way. It was a really hot day and it felt much cooler in the wetland thanks to the foliage. Bring some binoculars and enjoy the birds, flowers, trees and aquatic life! Nice free activity to do with loved ones, kids, people of all abilities.

This place is beautiful year round. A popular spot for bird watchers, it's also a nice quiet place for a walk. In the off season we've often had the whole place to ourselves. Be sure to drop a buck or two into the donation slot if you can.

Simple, yet beautiful in its own way. Walking along wooden and dirt paths through the mash with egrets, ducks, swans and more. A surprisingly high point of our visit.

Excellent place to enjoy and appreciate the beauty of Cape May. Three different paths to walk of varying lengths. Excellent birding location.

The Cape May Point State Nature Preserve is always one of our daily routines while vacationing in the area. The trail system is a wonderful way to enjoy the solitude of nature with the family and to unwind from the crowded activities while on vacation. There are many loops in the trail system so the hikes can range from a half mile to 2 miles or more depending on your schedule. There are also nice bird observation areas along the trail and opportunities to enjoy the flora and fauna along the trails!

The 2mile walking path is gorgeous and a great way to explore the wetlands. And it's completely wheelchair accessible!

This is truly one of the great spots for birding on the eastern seaboard. In case you weren't sure of that fact, just take a look around the observation deck, which will normally sport well over ten thousand dollars in zoom lenses attached to higher range camera bodies throughout the typical weekend.
