Dr.Edissa Padder spends sufficient time with patients and their parents. She is a good listener and very thorough in her evaluation. My kids love her. She is highly recommended.

I was referred to this practice by my primary care for cardiology because I had an abnormal ekg. I missed my 1st appt because my plane was delayed, I called ahead of time and left a message on the voicemail, My second appt was missed because I was in the Hospital for my heart rate being 141, pnuemonia in both lungs, dehydration, and my blood pressure, The receptionist or scheduler refused to schedule another appointment even though he stated to me that he can see I was in the hospital the the day I was suppose to come. All the systems are linked up, and they see that I was in the hospital, yet They are refusing to care for me. I felt like I was begging them. I work in Healthcare for Johns Hopkins and I know this is unacceptable. I rather not recieve my care at a place who treats patients like this.

I have been a patient of Padder Health for over ten years. Dr. Kendra Kay and her team have always made me feel very comfortable with their skills and knowledge. Victoria is always so pleasant, professional and kind.

Appointments was great. Dr padder as usual was very informative and reassuring when discussing my problems. He realizes that he is dealing with a human being not just test results. Had very little wait…nurse was excellent .

We love Dr. Padder. She is the best pediatrician! (I wish she saw adults because I’d be her patient in a heartbeat) Both of my kids see her. A 16 year old and a newly 4 year old. She’s great with them both. She takes the time to answer all of my questions, she is knowledgeable, she is friendly, she returns my calls, she’s personable, the office is clean and her wait time is always minimal. Her front desk secretary Miss. Jenny is amazing too!

The reception staff, nurses and doctor were great - very receptive, attentive and caring. It was a routine physical but even so the doctor spent a lot of time going over my case with meaningful explanations, helpful suggestions and referrals. The premises were a little congested but they were clean and all the equipment were up to date. My only criticism is that at the reception there were too many forms to fill, several of which were duplicates and took a lot of time. If they can expedite this process, things will move a lot faster.

I see Dr. Passer fur cardiology and Dr. Kay for my general. They are easily the best shop in town. Dr. Padder saved my life(like actually).

Dr. Kay is the best. I've been seeing her for more than 10 years Tracey and Victoria, always nice. Helpful, concerned, delightful. On top of my requests. Fast and reliable. The most caring customer service I've ever experienced. It's always nice to see them. Thank you for taking care of me of through all these years.
