Mike is great at working with people and is very compassionate, he made my life so much easier when I had to use Extra Space for storage for 7 months when I was originally supposed to only use it for 1 month. He’s one of the most professional people I’ve ever met and he made me smile even after I had a rough couple days. Thank you Extra Space Storage and thank you Mike for being an amazing person

I visit my unit once or twice weekly. Kudos to Michael for his onsite Management and Maintenance to the facility & grounds. My storage unit location ISN'T the most convenient however it's ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ treatment & attention from Management (Michael) is worth going out of my way. Keep up the great work!

Michael was exceptional! He assisted me with finding the right size storage unit, taught me vital information about maximizing the space in the storage unit and supported me from the start of my move until the end. The facility/units are clean and the pavement on the grounds are well kept. Oh and the access to my facility is from 6a - 10p such a necessary perk!

Mike was beyond professional while he assisted me in making the best decision as to where to get a storage space. He’s extremely knowledgeable of company policy, polite, and gave an excellent breakdown of pricing.

Had to move ASAP out of our previous residence. Most of the nearby storage places were closed. Thankfully they were open! I spoke with a rep by the name of nick. He walked me through the process. I spoke to two other agents as well that were very courteous and understanding. The manager Mike was also amazing and helpful! Definitely recommend.
