I stop by this place today for the first time. I ordered new menu, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. They have a order-to-cook system and the cook lady, Cristine, asked to take extra napkin. It was a great touch service, cause it has ample amount of sauce topped with crispy cole slaw. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, it was good! You should try that. Also all staff were helpful with nice smile. I really enjoyed the place. I'll be back.

Dash-In hits and never misses!. Delicious and unique food options that satisfy and are a step above usual gas station menus. Never had a bad experience, the staff is friendly, and makes sure your food is made right, hot, and ready to go. My go to spot for a quick bite on the go.

I have been coming to this location since 1975 when it was just a Shell service station only. Now that it's a Shell service station and a Dash In they have a lot incentives. The deli is awesome, and the customer service is outstanding. Their car wash really gets your vehicle clean. It's so covienence and easy to get to from the area I live. All the employees are very helpful and friendly.

A great location with three entrances, and a garage. Management is friendly and efficient. There is an ATM inside also. Not sure why it’s always empty.

Tammy Harrison is supervisor terrible she uses profanity in front of the customers. She just needs to learn how to treat people like she wants to be treated. This is not the 90's. As a supervisor she is horrible to look up too in a authority position. I will be talking to the owner of this store. What applies to one should apply to all .

Hey I went in Dash In and got the worse service ever. Some lady name Libby was complaining about employees and how she has to do it all. Well I sure know she don't order stuff properly. She says they don't order stuff that does sell. Boy does she lies all the time. Do you have Newport 100, black and milds always has and excuse for not having them. I listen to her before complain about ordering stuff. Like Mango Pepsi they have been out for almost two months says it don't sell lieing again. Worse experience ever with this lady. Manager excuse me.

At the Dash In in Glen Burnie on Ritchie Hwy, the cashier, Dawn was super sweet. She greeted us as soon as we walked in the store and again at the register.

Dawn's customer service was 5-star and absolutely needed after a rough start to my morning. You've gained a return customer.

Hydeia was a breath of fresh air for me and my wife. The weather was bad and the people she dealt with in line ahead of me were very disrespectful but she remained calm and professional. Thank you so much for being a rock in the storm of that time. Hydeia was amazing. Thank you ten times over!!!!!

Want to appreciate Dawn for being helpful and friendly.She quickly observed that I was lost in search for my favorite Doublemint. She offered her assistance by directing me to the item I was looking for. At the counter she was focused on ensuring that I didn't have difficulty using the card machine. You are fortune to have her as an asset to your company.

David was incredibly courteous and kind. He knows his job and is pleasant to interact with. In today's world people are so bummed out to do their jobs, so he definitely deserves recognition for having such a good attitude. 😊

One block away from the highway. Free vacuums for 5 min (10 AM to 6 PM), plenty of time to clean up a car. Always clean station, spacious, with enough parking for running errands, never waiting in queue to fill up the tank. Exits are on three sides which makes traffic flow easier. Giant reward card may be used here. Two thumbs up!

Today while visiting the location, I had an issue with my fuel rewards. The staff immediately took notice of the issue and took all the steps to try to help me fix the issue. Special shout-out to the team at DashIn and Randi for helping me get this resolved! They made me feel very welcome as a customer and provide excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back here soon!

I was cleaning my car out at one of the gas pumps and a young red haired girl that worked there and offered me a sample of their new pepperoni pizza. I accepted because I love free food ! Lmao and i was honestly surprised at how good it was for gas station pizza. I’ve had their old pizza before and it’s exactly what you’d expect from gas station pizza but this new pizza was delicious, actually tasted like a fresh pizza, not a frozen one that you bake. She told me their new pizzas crust comes imported from Italy which is cool and the young lady who approached me was super nice and friendly the entire time. It was a nice pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be back to try some of their new pizza. 😋

Nobody was at the counter to ring me up. Maybe there was a self checkout but I don't know. Michelle saw me and immediately came over to the counter to ring me up. She was polite and friendly. After she rang me up, she gave me a card asking to leave a review. Considering the politeness and attentiveness, why not? Overall I would pump gas and buy Monster energy drinks at this gas station again. (They are 2 for $5 by the way.)

I frequent dash in on my morning drive to work most weekdays. I usually spend half my paycheck with their fresh food for breakfast and lunch. The assistant manager of the store, deandre, is the most caring, light hearted, loving person that works in this building. He is always friendly with everyone, always offering his assistance, and treats you like family. He knows most regulars by their names and even asks how their family is doing! If you know how to run a business any type of correct, you’ll know to never loose this man right here. He is the reason I keep coming to your establishment instead of the royal farms right by my job. I definitely had a great experience there. Fawn , mike and temple definitely gave me some preference on what to eat I love the Chesapeake steak . Such a friendly environment and they worked hard last night I definitely will be returning to that store

Tammi the supervisor was a sweetheart. Definitely attentive. Her and the store manager showed amazing customer service. One of my best experience when going to the dash in and I’ve been in there many of times.

The best experience I've had with this location. Tammy checked me out very professionally & quickly. Had 2 separate coupons for my daugther & I. David prepared my wings with a smile. They really were enjoying their time at work. Kudos to both.
