Trevor and his team were on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently, very satisfied with the work completed. However, the cost ended up being over twice what was estimated. In the interest of being upfront with future customers I suggest more transparent pricing.

I had a lot of furniture, unusable items and tools, and old carpet that had to be taken up and disposed of. Ryan, Anthony, Trevor, Lynell, and Mike were very thorough, removed everything that I requested, and removed all the carpet strips and staples. Called this company late on Monday night. Spoke to their Rep, Mary. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I asked for a quote for a deck removal. First she asked for a picture and replied with a guesstimated quote. Plus scheduled my demo for the following day. The team of Trevor, Walter, Ryan and Bobby arrived and got to business! I had a 12x10’ two story deck that separated from the wall and collapsed due to weather related issues. They had the complete deck including steps removed within 3 hours and all debris removed from my yard. Cost for this adventure was very reasonable. Most importantly, the crew was very careful not damaging my air conditioning which was supporting the deck. A high five to this team and Company

We had a guest bedroom with a king-sized IKEA storage bed in it, the kind with a big frame and drawers underneath, complete with a shelved headboard. It would have taken me all day to disassemble and there’s no way I could have carted it all away by myself. I called asked Junk Force for a quote through their website last night. Mary called me back within 10 minutes, explained the service, listened to my questions, and booked me a slot this morning between 10-12am. Mike and Anthony were communicative by text and phone before they arrived, letting me know they were finishing up a previous job so I could easily predict when they would arrive. Once here, they looked at the job and gave me a quote. And in less than 25 minutes, they had removed the bed in its entirety, mattress, slats, base, and headboard. Mike and Anthony were friendly and professional and were done and out with a quickness Junk Force, and especially Mike, Anthony, and Mary, have a highly satisfied customer in me.
