BJJ has changed my life. I have trained all my life and it has been a constant positive influence that I can always rely on. I am a kid here and the confidence I gained and the awesome community I am a part of is unmatched. I could not be happier when I say I am part of All Star BJJ and that my professors are the best mentors I could ask for. BJJ at All Star is a must and I love it.

I was visiting Chicago and was welcomed at All Star Jujitsu as if was home. They even let me borrow a Gi 😁🥋 Coach EJ took his time to explain the techniques very thoroughly and went around to help everyone. The gym itself is very spacious and clean! I highly recommend trying All Star Jujitsu to anyone that is thinking about challenging themselves and learning something new. You will love the friendly environment and amazing staff!

Came to the gym on a complete whim as a total beginner, 6 months in and I look forward to going to every class. Haris and EJ are amazing instructors and the positive atmosphere/culture they have created here is the reason I keep coming back.

I am visiting All Star Jiu Jitsu from Missouri. I was immediately welcomed in like I had been coming in for years. All of the coaches are amazing practitioners and teachers. This is a top notch gym, I highly recommend coming in if you are even considering it.

I have been a regular member of All Star for years now. I can confidently say that this place has become more than just a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school to me; it's a second home and a cornerstone of personal growth. From my very first day here, I was struck by the welcoming atmosphere that the instructors exude, something that has carried over from the affiliate schools. The instructors, some of whom I'm proud to call my mentors & friends, have an uncanny ability to balance expert technical guidance with genuine care for each student's development. Their passion for BJJ is infectious, and they've played a pivotal role in shaping me into the practitioner I am today. One of the most remarkable aspects of All Star is the tight-knit community it has fostered. Over the years, I've formed bonds with fellow students that extend beyond the mat. There's a sense of camaraderie and mutual support that's truly inspiring. Whether it's cheering each other on during sparring sessions or helping one another refine techniques, the community spirit here is palpable and uplifting. Beyond the physical aspects, brazilian jiu jitsu has had a profound impact on my mental resilience and personal confidence. The problem-solving nature of BJJ has taught me to approach challenges with patience and strategic thinking. These lessons have translated into other areas of my life, making me more adaptable and composed in the face of adversity.

Really amazing place, very high level training and instruction. EJ and Haris are some of the best instructors I’ve trained with. Very high level rolls, all humble folks who just show up to train and have fun. This gym is what JiuJitsu gyms should be. Great kids class taught by black belts which is rare. Can’t say enough good things about this gym. Nice mats with spring floor which is awesome to roll on. Men, women, kids all welcome which is also something you don’t find very often.

Excellent place. If you are on the fence either about whether to start trainining Jiu jitsu, or whether to start training here, go ahead and make the leap. It's a good, no nonsense vibe. People are serious about training, and there is a good mix of belts, but also welcoming and helpful to new folks. Haris and EJ are very high level, and very humble. More affordable than other schools in Chicagoland (none of this 'belt testing/stripe testing fee' nonsense). Adem Redzovic said it best: Haris and EJ both have a spirit of joy/levity about them, and that spirit makes all the difference in training.

👍👍 This has been an incredible experience for us. Our child has new confidence, is an active listener, and most importantly, is having fun! We were in a soccer class with the park district. She was the only child that needed only one instruction from the coach. That was the difference Sky Centers Mart...

👍 Stopped in for an open mat. Wasn't really sure what to think at first. Walked in to an immediate wall of pungent weed smell, and the office/lounge area didn't seem very clean or organized. I'd always heard the weed jokes about 10th Planet but never been to one, and I definitely got some dirty stoner...
