It was the BEST game experience I have ever played ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ We told our son we are doing a Family game for his birthday : Monopoly. He said he’s not interested. We arrived at Zero Latency and George was smiling and I felt good n confident. He took us through the paces. My gun did not have a trigger 😳😰 I had it wrong way round 🤦‍♀️😂 It was the craziest half hour for me and our Boy loved it. Still talking about it through lunch and dinner. Singularity was our choice and it was a BLAST! Highly recommended for any occasion for everyone and the families 😍 Thank you George , our Game Master for taking us through the game and I think I have enough pointers for the next one. Great place, great Team and what a THRILL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was such a trippy and amazing thing to experience. It was so much fun and the zombie killing game we played was actually scary but in a good way! Our host steph was great, she was really nice and made our experience there very enjoyable.

Super fun thing to do with a group of people. I don't have high hopes for the quality of the VR but it was surprisingly robust. The game staff were informative and super helpful

We went to Zero Latency for a corporate event and everyone had such a great time! The games were really fun - we played Far Cry and Outbreak, quality of the VR experience was superb, they really mean it when they say "zero latency". Staff were lovely and very friendly too! We'll be back!

Amazing VR experience with a group of friends and had an absolute blast! The VR technology was next-level and the games we played were incredibly fun and immersive. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made sure that everyone in our group had a great time. We were all able to interact with each other in the virtual world, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was an unforgettable outing that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and exciting adventure with a group of friends.

Super fun. Host George was great - clear, welcoming, helpful, energetic. Outbreak Arena wasn't as fun because we didn't move around much, but Outbreak Origins was super immersive and intense. Loved it. Definitely want to come back.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Definitely bettered the experience having them be so fun. The 5 star rating is low balling. They deserve 10/5.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience here - would not recommend coming to this branch of Zero Latency. Regrettably, due to bad traffic my party arrived late to the venue and upon arriving we were scolded by the staff member working at the front desk for about 5 minutes straight. As someone who is not used to confrontation and has worked in hospitality/customer service roles - I was shocked. I completely understand not being able to start the game at a different time, but being chastised for arriving 6 minutes late to a recreational activity (which we paid for) is ridiculous. It's unfortunate because I was really keen to go to Zero Latency since we had a great time when we went in Melbourne the year prior and have recommended it to many friends and colleagues in the past. I left this Mascot branch feeling immensely uncomfortable and anxious from the confrontation and I will be staying away from Zero Latency.

Amazing experience and loads of fun. Customer service was on point really friendly and helpful. Be technology was next level played far outcry and undead arena. Full of surprises and a few screams of shock in undead arena. Will definitely do it again
