I recently completed the 3 week intensive Mat and Reformer Pilates course and I am so grateful for the experience that I had with Unite Health. The Administration team were really helpful and supportive and the course Teachers went above and beyond to make sure we all had full understanding of the course content from anatomy, mat and reformer repertoire and industry knowledge. I can’t wait to return for the pre and postnatal course next year.

Really enjoyable way to become a qualified Pilates instructor. The APPI teachers are all friendly and engaging, and the exercises are taught methodically and with great attention to detail. Definitely recommend getting a qualification through APPI, whether you’re a health professional, or just starting out in your career.

The intensive Pilates instructor course was such a great experience and one I would recommend to anyone . The educators Sophie and Emma were super supportive, insightful, and knowledgeable of the Pilates industry and kept the days really fun and engaging! Absolutely loved this course...could not recommend it highly enough! The instructors were so passionate, knowledgeable and thorough with their delivery. If you want a course that not only teaches you the Pilates method but a deeper understanding of what muscles are worked and incorrect movements to look out for, then this is the course for you! So many face to face contact hours, and logbook hours as well, so the expectations were of such a high standard! Also, Sophie was hands down the best part of my course. She had a wealth of knowledge and even made anatomy learning fun! Thank you Unite Health team!
