We have been dealing with Gemtrove over the last couple of years for the purchase of a solitaire diamond engagement ring, plus my wife's matching half eternity wedding band containing 10 diamonds, plus my wedding band (all rings made in platinum). We have found Raj and his wife to be very honest and friendly the entire time and their finished products to be very high quality. We have received many compliments on the rings both on the diamonds and on the settings. The customer service is exceptional and they were able to give good advice on the design and sizing of the rings, as well as on the diamonds themselves (4 c's, certification etc). They worked around our time schedules and made sure that the rings were available on time. They have also provided good follow up service (general checking, servicing and polishing etc).
