Fly in from interstate...... As an ex-local Hartwell Dentistry is absolutely brilliant .... With regular visits to Melbourne they have once again become a part of my schedule. Dr Dana and the team did some fantastic professional work on my teeth recently, with every step being communicated, helping to eliminate any nerves, while providing a relaxed atmosphere. I am really happy with professional service from Hartwell dentistry. Receptionist Barry was really friendly and kind. With very specialized dental equipment, I could take x-ray and see the overall interior of my teeth. I had a first consultation with Dr . Dana and she showed me the pictures and explained the problems with my teeth, which helped me understanding a lot, and it was great to know what was actually going on with my teeth. Thanks to assistants Hye mee , Elly and Ming, I was able to receive treatment comfortably without any inconvenience. When I received the teeth cleaning service after consultation , Hygienist. Liza explained the treatment process very detail, which made me feel less nervous. After treatment, I could feel that the plaque attached to my teeth was removed neatly.

I am a new patient and have been so impressed with this dental practice. The reception and professional process for appointments is very personable, particularly Barry. I have seen both Dr Dana and Dr Mat and they are professional, experienced, spend quality time discussing options and approaches and have a great focus on prevention and mouth health. Liza, one of the hygienists is also very thorough and explains every part of the process very well. I highly recommend the quality practice.

I’ve been going to Hartwell Dentistry since I was a child, so for around 20 years now, and Dr Dana and Dr Matt always taken thorough care of my dental health. Even having moved house across Melbourne numerous times I always go back! The receptionists and dental hygiene team are ALWAYS incredibly professional, friendly and helpful, notably Barry and Thien on my most recent visit. A fantastic clinic, definitely recommend!

The time Dr Dana has spent with me explaining my options and providing me with all the information so I can make informed decisions is outstanding.
