A good place to stay however there is one big thing I have to say that annoys me. We stayed here for 12 days. Most of the times we are eating elsewhere since me and my companion don't know how to cook. We only been using spoons, forks, plate, glasses and so on. We never use any cooking tools since we never cook anything from the kitchen. We depart at early morning and got back to airport and leave the country. We were shocked at the email we received after departure. Many kitchen tools were missing like graters, thongs, saucer pans, can opener, and even knives were missing. (These tools are obviously wont be taken with us since these are prohibited tools at the airport) We never even bothered opening the cabinets on the kitchen hence why we never saw if those missing tools are really in there. And we are to pay for something we never even used or seen?. If its a security failure - its not fun at all.

Great service, staff were accommodating and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious, although my bin wasn't emptied from the previous guests. No big deal, was just cardboard. Location is great, close to various eateries and Monash Clayton campus.

Good location for Monash, hospital and off the motorway. Rooms good size however sofa not comfortable, tv poor. Bed soft and pillows like they are filled with air. Car park ok

Great place to spend time with family mostly if you are having some shopping trips in Melbourne

Stayed on our trip to melbourne for taylor swift. Apartments were so clean, bed was comfy and great services. We will stay again in the future.

If you are planning to return to monash university just to attend your graduation, then I will highly recommend staying at this place (it is only a 10 minutes walk to monash university). However, besides that the location is pretty inaccessible to everywhere unless you are driving or planning to travel via uber The people there are friendly and most of the amenities are provided such as hairdryer, washing machine, dryer and toiletries. The only downside is the maintenance of the room. I stayed here in 2017 and it was really clean, however when I came back here just recently, the room was really dirty. The carpet was dusty and the balcony had leaves and spiderwebs (so I didn't even went out to the balcony to take a seat). The sofa and mattress was alittle old so my whole body kind of sank into it whenever I were to lie down. But besides that I enjoyed the short stay here

Newish apartments well fitted out very clean. Smooth out of hours access process. I needed closeness to Monash University campus & this is ideal. A 15min walk a few minutes drive. Quiet & has an outdoor table & chairs. Comfortable bed.

The price was very high for the apartment. Tiny bathroom, more ensuite size. It would have been nice to walk into a warm room on a cold winter's day.

Quiet, extremely clean and well maintained apartments in a very central location. Fantastic staff too who remembers us by name and never fails to make us feel at home every time we are here. Wouldn't go anywhere else when in the area.

It would probably go to 5 if they had comfortable seating in rooms.. The furniture is definitely for looks or price but not comfort

I booked it for the laundry facilities in the room but there was no washing powder. The outdoor lighting was also so bright throughout the entire night, my bedroom was really hard to sleep in. There’s aircon but it’s not in the bedroom and it doesn’t get to the bedroom at all (I tried). Pretty underwhelming experience, I don’t think I’d categorise this as 4-star.

Clean and modern. There's a big park next to the complex. Good for sports, exercising and walking your pets. Best apartment in the area for families and peaceful enough for a good night rest.

Pleasant place to stay, clean and tidy, staff very friendly. 30 minute walk to town centre or 5 minutes in a taxi.

A convenient location to Monash hospital, the condition of the apartment was OK but thetoilet seat didn't fit the toilet, the bedside cupboards were very damaged. and the dishwasher was unbelievably noisy. The walls were also very thin and noises from other flats transmitted very clearly

The apartment is very clean and well looked-after. The microwave, dishwasher, and the washing machine and dryer combo are easy to use. This apartment also has all the things that we need for cooking. Basically, it is like a home away from home. Upon arrival here, I was warmly welcomed by Amanda. Amanda is very friendly, helpful and professional. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank Amanda for the exceptional care that I received during my stay. Trang is another lovely staff at Clayton Service Apartments. I greatly appreciate her help and her recommendations for the best local coffee shop and restaurants.

Poor service and a disappointing stay. Stayed over Christmas and there were no staff. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and was only left one dishwashing liquid, one rubbish bag and one box of tissues. Was told day of check in I I had to be there before 2pm as the staff had “personal issues” to attend to. Iron was broken and damaged clothes. Not many parking spots like we were promised. Went to try speak to someone on check out about this but was told they were busy and laughed when I said I would write online! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Really Sad and disappointing!

Terrific, cannot really go wrong. Staff attentive, rooms high quality. We had 3 separate stays, Fridge went on first stay, 24 hour line available, was attended to within an hour. Parking challenging at 1 time, had to park around the corner, but overall 4 1/2 stars, just terrific, especially the help of the staff, the communications so we could check in, felt very safe especially during covid, rooms very clean and well presented. Thanks again to the staff and owners whom I spoke directly with

Very clean and tidy. Good location for my visit to Melbourne although there is not much around locally for shops and the like. Ideal for Monash Uni being a short walk away would stay again

Clean spacious with lots of parking. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to freeway but a bit far from public transport.

Very nice area to live, currently my friend lives there, facility is nice, there are also a lot of parking available for visitors. In regards to the facility and management, there is receptionist which is awesome. Security in this place is also great.

Dont normally write reviews but had to with this place. Stayed over Christmas and it was great. Had a slight problem with the booking at first but Juliana fixed it up straight away. The place is lovely and clean, quiet, & the under cover security parking is a huge tick. Located in a good spot with shopping centres just a short drive away. Totally recommend and will be staying there again next time round.
