    This gym is the real deal. It’s 5 stars all around for a reason: - the crew is friendly and highly knowledgeable - the people that attend are motivated, fun and energising - the workouts are heaps of fun, perfect balance of being hard (aka gives you results) and enjoyable Speak to Fred, join the classes and get your life back.

    Fred is an amazing and the best personal trainer you can get. Highly experienced and such a friendly, caring and real person to be around, he definitely pushes and tailor your sessions to meet your goals. I have seen big improvements in my fitness level and body just from my first few months training with him. Been training with Fred for more than a year now and looking forward to continue on.

    So much knowledge and experience here! I recently worked through the home bodyweight program and loved it! A full body burner which is easily adaptable for all levels of fitness. No fancy equipped needed, just you, a chair and some floor space. The program works your entire body and Fred explains each movement with easy to understand movement cues so you know you are moving through each exercise correctly. Highly recommend!!

    I've been to other gyms before, but rarely would I interact with anyone other than my own personal trainer. But here it's like a little community and the whole team, Fred, Dave and Jawid, are like the hub that connects everyone at the gym. The whole team is experienced and friendly. I did the 12 week challenge and it changed a lot for me. Fred gave me a lot of helpful advice, both in terms of diet and training. I'm improving every week. Thanks to my group members, they were all friendly and funny and motivated me to get closer to my goals. Thank you Realfit Gym💪🏻!

    I have been a member of Real Fit Gym for 11 years. Throughout this time I have found the manager, Dave, to be an experienced and enthusiastic trainer who constantly undertakes PD to improve his skill set, so he can pass his knowledge onto gym members. Dave genuinely cares about all aspects of your well being and designs programs to suit my individual needs. He then ensures I fully understand all the exercises and how to safely use the equipment. Dave is never far away to answer any queries. Real Fit Gym makes exercising enjoyable! You are always welcomed with a smile, so here's to many more years of attending!

    An amazing gym with determined personal trainers helping you to achieve your goals. Franklin is an awesome trainer and one of the best I've come across that makes you push your limits and helps you achieve your goals. O would recommend this gym to everyone!!!

    After not training for 6 months I was looking for a fresh start with someone that would keep me accountable and push me. I reached out to Fred via the website, he was very responsive and after a quick call and gym visit we got into our first session. Fred practises what he preaches, he has a wealth of experience in the industry and his training is spot on (very hard but lots of variety and fun) I am looking forward to the next 12 weeks and I would recommend Fred for all your training and nutrition needs!

    Fred and the team at realfit are all amazing trainers. I have almost trained with Fred for a year and I am the fittest I have ever been physically. He pushes you out of your comfort zone but also understands your limits.

    I highly recommend Realfit Gym, Fred is not only an amazing trainer but he has created an incredible community within his gym so that you have a group of people around you to help motivate and inspire you along your journey.     One month ago I started exercising with Fred as my trainer. Not having exercised for a long time because of my frozen shoulder , I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know Fred I knew that he was the perfect coach for me. He is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program. After one short month I am pleased with my progress, losing 3 kilos, and feel assured that with him continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal.

    I’ve been training with Fred now for 3 months and I can definitely say I feel a difference, physically and mentally! Training has been great and has definitely made me feel so much more confident. I have been also training with Dave and I can say the both of them are super supportive and know exactly what they are doing and are always giving me tips and tricks on how to train better and eat better to achieve my goal.     I've never been comfortable in gyms - until I came to Real Fit. There's a lot of people in my age group and fitness level, which helps me feel like I belong. All the other gym-goers are really friendly too. Dave and Fred (my trainers) are amazing! They're funny, encouraging, supportive, and all-round nice guys. But don't let that fool you - they push hard too! It's well worth it, though. I've been going here for personal training for the last few months (lockdown permitting!) and feel great. I can see the training working for me, and my goals coming closer. Give it a go!!!

    While I’ve always tried to keep fit and healthy, having kids has made it hard to maintain a regular routine. I’ve never been a gym person but needed a kick start so dropped into Realfit and spoke to Fred about the 12 week challenge they offer. Was a bit skeptical at first but Fred has created such a friendly and welcoming environment that I signed up. And so glad I did! 12 weeks on and I feel stronger and fitter than I have in years. The gym sessions are great; challenging but really rewarding and the 12 week challenge offers a great opportunity to meet new people and have a lot of fun while you train. Fred also provides great advice on keeping a healthy diet and lifestyle. He even offers online training and routines to do at home to keep you going through lockdowns! Strongly advise anyone looking to get/stay fit and strong to sign up with Realfit. I will definitely be signing up again as soon as we’re out of lockdown!

    A lot can change in 1620 minutes at Realfit Gym. Fred will educate and instruct you to your goal. The onus is on you to apply sustained effort over 12 weeks. The by-product will be the better version of yourself mentally and physically. Yes, it's hard, but it's the most fun you can have improving yourself. Fred, I am extremely grateful for your expert advice, there is no looking back. 14kg lighter is living proof!!

    I had been carrying a few extra COVID kilos for quite a while and decided I wanted to make a change. I’d never set foot in a gym before but decided to jump in and give Fred’s 12 week challenge a crack. Long and short is I went from 93kgs to 82kgs over that time. I made a few dietary changes with Fred’s guidance and the results were tangible. More energy, more clarity at work, better attention span and my shirts weren’t uncomfortably tight anymore. I won’t lie, it was tough at first but the culture at Realfit along with Fred’s gradual approach meant that I got into a rhythm very quickly. Couldn’t recommend more highly for anyone looking to make proper change. Thanks Fred and team. Forever grateful. 10 out of 10!

    I started training with Fred at Realfit 8 weeks ago. Fred’s experience and knowledge extends far beyond the physical training sessions and something I have been looking for in a PT for a long time. I feel both challenged and motivated in each and every session and enjoy myself at the same time! I have seen changes both physically and mentally with my regular sessions and for the first time in a long time I can see my goals within reach. I enjoy the tailored approach at Realfit and could not recommend Fred highly enough, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

    Walked into real fit to loose some weight, I saw Fred and told him I needed help to get on the right track. 3 months later and over 17.5kg lighter. I think the difference was Fred cared, he was passionate and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. The whole team there are friendly, Dave and Javid the same, they are proud of what they do, this is obvious. Good vibe and nice people all round. 💪🏻

    Fred and his team at Realfit are the real deal. They calmly challenge you to be your best. No pom poms or ra ra or pumping techno and walls of look at me mirrors....just down to earth good blokes who want you to be better. It feels like a family, more than the gym. The 12 week challenge is a great way to motivate yourself with like minded people who are prepared to drag themselves out of bed early to improve their fitness. It won't be easy, but you will get results, and after the first couple of weeks you will start to look forward to and possibly even enjoy the sessions. I highly recommend Realfit Gym.     The Realfit Gym 12 week challenge has been everything I was hoping for & more! For months I had been searching for the right fitness option for me to help get back my fitness, strength and self love following COVID lockdowns, as well as Menopause. Increased body fat left me lacking confidence, energy & hating having to dress to hide my abdominal fat. I was so scared I would be unable to commit to 3x 6am training sessions a week, while juggling a home, school aged kids and a business. But I did! And I am the happiest I have been for a very long time. My training group throughout the 12 week challenge were both motivating and supportive. They inspired me at every session as I quickly learnt that I was not alone on my fitness journey. However above all this, is Fred. What an incredible human being. Humble, caring and very supportive. His passion for fitness and living well makes every session amazing - physically exhausting but truly amazing!     I am loving the group session here with Fred and the team. It's hard work but they make it fun and I am seeing results quickly. Pushing myself in these classes and seeing what I can is motivating and rewarding. Would highly recommend Real Fit for beginners and advanced gym goers.

    Fred and RealFit have been life-saving - I was stuck in a 3-year rut and needed motivation to find and sustain a fitness routine. While I didn't originally set out to complete a 12-week challenge, the 12 weeks certainly have been challenging AND very rewarding - I've lost weight, I have more energy, I sleep better and I my diet has changed to support this new habit. And I hate missing a session! There's a great vibe in the gym; the group sessions are motivating, the clients love coming along and we're all there for one goal - to get fit and strong.     I've been a member of a large gym for many years, but have lacked motivation, doing the same old boring exercises when I could be bothered going. I finally bit the bullet and decided to join Fred at Realfit for a 12 week challenge - I'm glad I did! Fred works you hard, but provides enough variation, challenges and expert advice to really make a difference. Mid way through I feel stronger than I have in years, and have really enjoyed the sessions. I would recommend it to anyone.

    Fred is the genuine article and has been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals. My goal in entering the 12 week program was to lose weight and build muscle. Now halfway through the program I have already seen my body begin to show the signs of the hard work that Fred has instilled; greater muscle definition and tone and several kilos of weight lost with more to go. Fred has not only pushed me to my limit during training sessions (to the point where I end the session drenched in sweat), he has also provided invaluable dietary and meal prep advice, dispelling some of my long held incorrect thinking regarding my dietary/eating habits. I am looking forward to being the fittest I have ever been (and maintaining it) after the challenge is concluded.

    Going to Realfit was probably one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health and wellbeing. Fred is an amazing trainer and he stays on top of working out different muscles in your body while keeping your workouts fun and new. The gym itself has everything you need and it’s never over crowded, which is a big plus for me. I definitely recommend Realfit!

    I started training at Real Fit to prep for a body competition. I’ve have done sessions mostly with Dave and a few with Fred. Both coaches are really great to work with and will push you to your limits. I generally work out even without a PT but having one has been great because they just push you to that next level and learning more about correct form has been very valuable.
