Dr Christie made me feel very unheard and uncomfortable. I went in because I was having mental health problems and needed a break from uni she told me my degree is easy, didn’t provide a medical certificate or any advice or support. I was trying to hold back tears during the appointment and wanted to leave as soon as possible

I love this clinic. They are thorough professional and very kind. Eva was so lovely and calmed my nerves during my blood test! The other receptionist who worked alongside Eva yesterday (7/2/2023 at 10:15am) is always awesome and makes me feel very welcome. Sorry, I can’t recall your name but just wanna make sure I give you your praise! I’ve seen both Dr Christie and Dr Jo who are fantastic doctors. Special mention of Dr Jo who always makes me feel at ease. Dr Christie is great too! I always feel very well taken care of and never have to wait long. Its a great environment and I recommend this clinic to anyone. Thanks so much!

Nice clinic, I have been going there for some time. I go to Dr. Christie Huang, she is pretty good, as I learned during my visit today(20.12.22) they stopped bulk billing.

I echo the other people when i say Dr Huang had not heard of the mental health issues I had (she had to google it) and was happy to watch me leave in tears on two separate occasions. I should’ve learned my lesson the first time. Dr McCutcheon however is kind, caring and considerate. I would suggest strongly seeing her instead.

I've consistently received fantastic, empathetic care from Dr Christie Huang. She is very thorough, asks lots of questions - it is very clear that she genuinely cares for her patients. Michelle at reception is always very friendly as well. I couldn't be more pleased that I found this practice.

Dr Jo McCutcheon has been my underpinning medical professional as I have navigated perimenopause and menopause, chronic health issues, cancer, chemotherapy, and a very long, slow recovery / convalescence including a return to work. I'm neurodivergent, and I have a history of depression, trauma,and abuse and I have never had a better GP. And believe me, I have seen plenty over the last 50+ years. Jo is kind, compassionate, but also professional, ethical, and insightful. She makes you feel seen and heard as an individual, and hasn't displayed any kind of prejudice or bias in the years I have been going to her - and I have experienced that from medical professionals before. I recommend her without hesitation. I followed her to this practice, and the staff here at the front desk have always been lovely - both friendly and professional as well as efficient. Given the cancer experience and chemo treatment upon occasion, there has been some really time critical response requirements, and they have helped keep me out of hospital - preventing my critical situation from becoming an actual emergency. I'm very grateful to Jo and the team.

Horrible experience at this clinic with a disinterested GP. Emailed a complaint, had no response at all which has made it now worthy of a review here. Additionally, I was emailed confidential pathology results for another patient and received only a short causal response from admin to this unacceptable breach of privacy. Given this I would never trust them with my sensitive medical information. Do not go here.

It has been a while since I have last visited this clinic, but in my experience Dr Huang was helpful, approachable, professional and friendly. I can say the same for her staff. I still have Christie's number in my phone. Thanks and all the best!

Today seems like the DR Joanne will never wait for her patient. She really doesn’t care about her patient. I booked an appointment with Dr Joanne 11:00 am -11:15 am. I arrived the clinic about 11:10am . But the receptions told me I was late 10 minutes, so Dr Joanne have already moved onto another patient .She won’t able to see me. I told the reception that I still had few minutes to go because my appointment till 11:15am Actually I rang the clinic to tell them I would be late when I was on my way due to the traffic. The reception didn’t tell me about the Dr Joanne won’t be able to see me if I am later more than 10 minutes .I even ask her if I could move to the next person . She still rejected me. I was a patient here for years. Many times I hav to wait more than 10 minutes even half an hour to see a doctor. I was very upset the way she did.

After months and months seeing other doctors who were quick to get you in and out again and collect their fee, it was so wonderful to finally see Dr Jo McCutcheon who took the time to understand the problem, do a thorough examination, propose some alternative causes and schedule a number of tests. A really wonderful experience. Quiet, not rushed, relaxed atmosphere where the doctor seemed genuinely interested in the problem.

Dr Joanne is a fantastic doctor. Always listens closely and is very patient. The receptionists are very kind :)

Dr. Huang is the best GP for my whole family. As my specialist said that she is very professional and you should keep seeing her.

The reception staff are the worst ever, I called for my result and the lady was very rude she hung up the line without giving me any information, the clinic is mixed bill now , went there 2 times and got charged different fees not sure why. I Don’t recommend it and not coming back definitely.

I’ve seen dr Christie for over 2 years and she has always been very patient in responding to my questions. She’s also great with kids!

I think that this clinic is the best that I have been to. They treat patients very professionally and with a lot of care. This is especially the case with Dr. Huang.

I has been attending Auburn Road Medical Centre since it opened. It is an excellent Medical Centre. Dr Christie Huang very knowledgeable, taking care of patients delicately , very professional and helpful. Also, the reception term is very polite and professional.
