Went there for Mother's day, did not book. We were seated within minutes by the hostess/ manager. Were attended to just as quickly. Meals came out in what seemed like minutes. Just a note, entrée Tabriz is ONE filled pancake, if you order a main Tabriz, the portion is two filled pancakes. As always, consistent, delicious, fresh. Never have a sore tummy afterwards. Suggest sharing an IT dessert, just beautiful with warm walnuts. Husband had bacon and eggs, also lovely,

2/3/23 - I got a response from the owner asking to provide more details in the contact us page but after providing as requested absolutely no response or action from the owner or the restaurant. Then I went had a look at all other reviews which had 1 star and they all got simulate responses to me. So wondering what’s the purpose of asking to do something but then no action from there. The customer service was terrible on Saturday 25th February. We were seated towards the end closer to the party room and there was no one coming to our table to take orders. When I was heading to the front counter to order I saw the guy taking orders in another table. Why indifference towards us? Is it because we are not the locals. This is what frustrates me the most, discrimination. What’s the point if the food is good and we get such a treatment. Am sorry to say I would consider this as discrimination. Even when I went to pay at the end the other lady at the counter was also hopeless. She just mentioned the bill amount and did not even care in asking how the food was etc. I never expected such a treatment from this place.

Great place to visit if you're feeling like a dessert with your coffee. They open early and stay open till late into the evening. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and reasonable prices.

Great service and awesome deals if you sign up for their membership. Paid $1 for a short stack so can't complain!

Place is warm on a cold winter weekend—great start! Space is a bit small but there is ample space between tables so it’s not very crowded. Orders came in at a reasonable time and it was during peak hour which is impressive. The dessert came in a bit later though and we had to ask for a follow up twice. Overall is good. The pancakes were lovely.

I went savoury for the very first time and had the chicken Parma that was served on a pancake & I need to report.. YUM. I was lucky enough to be invited to join family for a Birthday dinner. I really like the side salad with radish. I also had the special hot chocolate that was also amazingly delicious. Service was good, the booth was a little small I thought for any more than 2 people but we made it work. Thanks for having us!

This would have to be the first Tuesday that the food portions haven’t been stingy or sad looking. Tonight‘s meals were hot, fresh and tasty. Normally at least for Tuesdays, the salads are very sad, wilted and portion sizes are for children. also then slapped with a bill over $60, which pancake parlour has always been overpriced so three stars is very generous. This particular pancake parlour, could certainly learnt a lot from the Doncaster one. All the front of house staff are always friendly and happy so that’s at least a positive.

The servers were very nice but got my order wrong and look I don't know about you but if I order a bottomless cup of coffee I expect a refill. At least one. And why so stingy on the sugar is there a shortage?

I have been to the Pancake Parlour Eastland a few times now despite the unaffordable food, however lately the atmosphere and service has deteriorated almost completely . One of the employees, who I assume is actually the manager because she doesn’t bother to wear a uniform like the rest of the staff is very grim and uninviting. She didn’t bother to use words such as “please” or “thank you” and was just plain rude. It’s discouraging to see and I can tell it rubs off on the rest of the staff. When I went to pay up front the young man needed help inputting something in the register and called for the manager, again she was blatantly disrespectful and made it feel like it was such a chore to help her staff, even though it only took a few seconds! Treat your staff better! Such a demoralising experience and I wont be returning.

Come here if you want to get ripped off with a side of diarrhoea. I ordered the $20 lunch deal lasagna pancakes. When they arrived, 50% of the side salad was black and wilted with no dressing. The manager offered a discount for the rotten salad but when it came time to pay I was told that the pancakes cost $30 because I had them with a glass of table water instead of a soft drink tea or coffee. What a joke!

The Bavarian Apple was great, highly recommended. However, the Pancake Lasagne was okay, but if you're going for a more savoury option, I would choose the bacon and eggs or the cheese and potato pancake they are way better in my opinion or just grab the deluxe fries aka loaded wedges. You also can't go wrong with the malted shakes they are amazing. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We went at around 7ish on a Tuesday night, and approximately every second table was full, but despite that, it was quite enough to easily have conversations. Great atmosphere.

Ringwood pancake parlour is our absolute favourite, it’s not just the delicious pancakes but the friendly staff and service are commendable . Would like to call-out Lylah and a big shoutout to her for excellent hospitality. She is brilliant in what she does and we wish her all very best!
