I had gone to this place and it wasn't that bad, so my husband and I decided to go again and we were dissapointed. It was dirty and had a very strong smoke smell. I mean, the rooms are very decent size and have a lot of potential but the cleaning could be wayyyy better and yet an envelope is always left by whomever cleans the rooms for tips. I would give better tips if this rooms were much cleaner. It looked like someone had been there not to long prior to us getting there and and they didn't even bother to clean 😣. Night tables dirty, the bed spread, crooked. A lot of dust everywhere. I changed my rating from 3 stars to 2 stars because of this. First time coming here was better than the second time unfortunately.

Clean and updated rooms. New showersnwith glass doors and new shower head etc.. new flat screens.. new mirrors on the walls but old bedding and old air conditioning that almost electrocuted me !!!???

Clean but not family friendly. Owners are grumpy. This is basically a by the hour get laid and move on place. Surprisingly clean rooms king beds. Bathrooms are so so. Usable bathrooms. Wear flipflops in showers. No bugs of any that I've seen.

Disgusting place! Rooms smell like stale cigarettes and cheap air fresheners. The shower had hairs sticking to the walls and we hadn't even been in the bathroom. The first room we went in had stains all over the comforters and reeked of cigarettes. I went and complained and they give no refunds and offered another room which still smelled like cigarettes and had blood smears on one of the comforters and an old stain on the floor between the beds that looked like an old vomit stain. My 3 yr old daughter found an old dirty bandaid on the floor and picked it up and showed it to me at which point I made her drop it and washed her hands. This was also the room that had the hairs in the shower. There was no staff other than the front desk guy who was extremely rude. I will never stay here again and would never recommend anyone to stay here and I will also be contacting the BBB. If it wasn't so cold and I didn't have my 2 small children with me I would have slept in my truck.

Quiet during the week. Some shady business occurs late nights. Kind of out of place for the area it's in. Very nice town but it's a run down motel. Not too dirty, wouldn't stay if I didn't have to and definitely not more than a night or two

It was the best vacation but only if I got to explore the gym it would have been fun. But was the best and the food was great especially the lava cake it's the best.

Vendor machine has expired snacks inside and definitely not worth what you pay jacuzzi water didn’t even flow right and I paid extra for jacuzzi never again

Very good air conditioning and heat is good, nice rooms, each a different style and one is like a honeymoon. Reasonable cost.

Awesome place to lay your head at, everything is super clean, you can tell because their laundry room is always running, I travel alot n usually bring my own pillow but felt no need to use it this time

Is to Spencer for the quality not water pressure in the shower and hot water comings and go the beg is to old my self I don't go again

Staff acts as if they are better off without having actually customers there. Bathrooms are the best parts of this place
