It's become nearly impossible to reach them by phone for anything. I've been a patient for almost 3 years but the way you most likely get no one in the phone, and if you do they hang up on you while being told to keep holding, is making me reconsider my stay. Disappointing how it is all turning out.

Why is it that no one is answering the phone , I’m calling to get the time for my daughter appointment for two weeks now and no one has been answering the phone terrible:

I only have words of gratitude for Zufall Heealth, the staff helped me and guided me from the first day of my care. May God bless the doctors and health personnel who helped a lot in my health. I had only arrived in this country for 3 days and I got sick and when I went to Zufall they treated me as a priority and you never forget that because you are a stranger in this country.

The patient service at Zufall Health Center is the best, their assistance is always available when you need it. It is wonderful to have a staff that is polite and professional, I particularly appreciate that they are bilingual and can provide health care to our Spanish-speaking population. The office is very clean and well organized. There is nothing better than the provider, when you walk into the room you feel at ease discussing your medical concerns without feeling as if you are being judged. My family and friends would benefit from visiting this establishment. I appreciate the service you provide to the community.

My experience with Zufall Medical Clinic has been nothing but excellent. The Staff are all friendly, caring and competent. The Doctors (Perez) has a wonderfully warm and positive personality and her Nurse is more than than accommodating. The only word to use to describe Zufall Clinic is truly perfect.

Jaime Belinski is hands down the best provider ever. She knows how to connect with her patients on another level. My son has some special needs and always asks to speak to Jaime. I highly recommend her. She cares for her patients above and beyond and truly fights to get them what they need. I couldn't recommend her or the Zufall Health staff more!

Staff is friendly. Dr. Perez is such an amazing doctor, takes time to ask questions and discuss all concerns raised by patient. I totally recmmend Zufall Health!!

Dentist department is run like a clown show. Call center is a joke. I came in annoyed and the dentist greets me hello how are you doing-she knew but nobody cared. Twice appointments canceled just minutes before, reasons that made no sense because I followed the path with making sure things were ok. Never again, changing dentists. I’ve invested so much, it really is sad! (Message to below-these are not just ‘MY’ expectations, these are general expectations of humanity and character one which your office has none of! I shouldn’t have to be the one contacting someone.goodbye.)
