Great friendly staff, very knowledgeable doctors. They truly care about their patients. Appointments are recommended, but they do take walk ins (going to be a bit of a wait though). Beautiful and very comfortable waiting room.

Dr. Boutros is excellent. He has a nice bedside manner, is knowledgeable, and honest. My results were natural looking and not overdone. He is straightforward and makes the patient feel at ease. His staff is friendly and personable. His Assistant, Erika, has a warm and friendly demeanor and provided me with lots of aftercare attention. Overall, a great experience. Definitely my "go to" place going forward.

I was there this week, and I must say that it’s always a joy to be greeted by my favorite nurse, Nancy. She’s kind, caring, and exhibits great communication skills. Nancy did her job professionally, clearly loves what she does and is a perfect example of what a nurse should be. Keep up the great job!!!

The front desk staff is very unprofessional. The only adequate individual is Deysi, she is one of the only one’s that does not discriminate against hispanics. The rest stand by and let a particular individual bash hispanics and even laugh in the background. Being that my mother, a non native english speaker has an incredible hard time being able to schedule appointments and even get a room once there. If it truly wasn’t for Dr.Ana being there, we would have left. I have openly informed them about the reports I’ve made to the Health Department.

Dr. Boutros is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. He spends time with you and creates a safe environment for you no matter what your history or background. He exudes compassion and empathy and leads his office extremely well. The team at Prevention Clinics are simply some of the best and while I wish some of my OG’s would make a triumphant return to the office, I can still always count on the service and smile from Mary, who in my eyes, is the soul of this office and just brings harmony to the front. This office is your office, you just didn’t know it yet until now.

Very pleasant environment and friendly staff. On time appointment with minimal time in the waiting room. Dr Boutros is very thorough and helpful. He remembers what’s going on with you and makes you feel heard. I would totally Recommend!

Have noticed how minorities always have a hard time when in the office. Particularly, the front desk assistant always makes it harder for these individuals to get service ( even when paying)! No one does absolutely anything about the complaints and they just brush it off. Truly disappointing seeing how racial profiling occurs in this place.

I had an appointment to get blood work done at 9am. I arrived at 9am sharp and checked in with Linda. She asked for my personal information and then requested me to have a seat. I waited for 30 minutes then asked the phlebotomist about my lab order and she said she did not have it . I asked the front desk and they told she they had no idea what happened. Linda is a HORRIBLE medical assistant , she’s rude, does not know what she’s going and is hard of hearing . I think she needs more training or be sent to the back. The doctor is awesome very knowledgeable and friendly .

Excellent care and professional staff. Physician Assistant spent time discussion any health concerns snd relayed them to Dr. Boutros. Dr. Boutros went over all my concerns. He listens well, explains health issues in simple terms and is open alternative solutions. The entire staff was great and I never felt rushed. Highly recommend!

Fast and attentive Maywood office, with a friendly staff. Dr. Andreescu's dietary knowledge along with her attention to detail of internal medicine lost me 6 pounds and a great A1C in a short time period (She actually contacts you to check on your progress!)

Great Doctor! He really understands your needs and he really cares about your health! The front office some of them are rude especially the new ones!! I’ve been going to this office for almost 7 years and never had any problems with them until they got new people work in front office!

Everyone are friendly with a smile. 5 minutes wait max then the nurse call me in to do all the necessary work test. As for my Doctor, he explained every detail. I am very grateful, happy, very satisfied from top to bottom. Five Stars ⭐️

I've been a patient of Dr. Boutros for over 2 years. His entire staff especially Mary and Gigi are always extremely pleasant and friendly and greet me by name as soon as I walk in regardless of how busy they are and the practice can get extremely busy. Whenever I've needed a form completed or had any questions I can email them or send it through the patient portal and I always receive a response. This is honestly one of the best PCPs I've ever had and I've referred a couple of my friends to this office as well.

I can’t go without mentioning Nancy, she’s my favorite assistant nurse. She’s so very nice and she makes me feel welcome every time I go. She’s awesome! The only thing I’m having a little bit of an issue with is the bathroom and the shortness tp & hand washing soap. Not good especially during these times.

Boutros is an excellent and thorough doctor. takes time with patients and thinks things through. I am a physician and I am more adept to say who a good doctor is from their clinical acumen rather than just being amicable (which he is also). Strongly recommend Dr. Boutros.

Love dr ana but the wait is ridicilious here u have to wait 1 to 2 hours past your appoitment time i had a 11am appt and didnt get seen until after 1pm need to scedule there pateints a little better
