I went to these people when I was a kid. My parent s we’re just trying to be good parents but this was the most terrible decision they ever made. My tooth has been shaved down since 2011. Of course, it took time but now I need braces because of their negligence. I’m writing this in regards to the fact that I was too lazy and young to realize. They should be shut down also. They were and always will be about money.

This is the worst experience of me and my children’s lives. First off the receptionist lady or whatever they call her is very very rude has not one bit of professional. Then the dentist takes it upon herself to decide to give my 13 laughing gas and when that didn’t go well she got mad at my daughter because she didn’t like the way felt and panicked. Then when I missed a appt for a emergency they call me all rude . The office is dirty and outdated they won’t even let you charge your phone . You are never seen at or near your appt time . They are all very unprofessional. I would give this office a -5 stars

If I didn’t have to rate 1 star to comment, I wouldn’t have put anything. They are all about money! I have Medicaid dental, they tried to charge me for fill ins before the dentist started but didn’t tell me about the charge at my last appt. Then when I said I don’t have the money right now, the front desk last with her unprofessional self says, well can you pay for one? I was very surprised. If I said I can’t afford it at the moment, that means I don’t have it right now. I have not returned!

Everything on here is true, all of my teeth are loose and my mouth hurts worse than when I came. Then they came up with this expensive plan and said my insurance didn't cover it. I say fraud fraud fraud. That front desk lady is spicy too. She in capitol heights though, She better watch herself on that side of town.

If I could rate this place a zero I would but unfortunately it won’t allow me. I went there as a first time patient waited for 4 hours just to be seen. I had to come back because my cap was not done well after fixing it twice it ended up falling off. They tried to tell me because of her mistake I had to pay an extra 500 to get it done again. Smh no never again PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO BOT COME HERE!

Piss poor service. The dentist walked out the room to translate Spanish on the phone while working on my daughters teeth. Long wait, place isn’t up kept. Thumbs down! LOOK ELSEWHERE!

HORRIBLE DENTIST! My 6 year old daughter went here for a cleaning and they said that they were going to take x-rays and didn’t. They did not complete her cleaning fully and took away the ballon animal they gave her because she cried. The office manager then got up and slammed her door. The room she was in had dead roaches in it as well! Not to mention, I originally had a 3:00pm appointment and they rushed me to come in so they could leave by 2:00pm. Sad to see medical professionals acting and treating patients so tastelessly

I was signed up for a dental plan and really didn't know anything about it. The receptionist broke down the payment detail and what I needed to know. She made it to where it wouldn't be too much coming out at one time out of pocket. The receptionist and the dentist are really pleasant, and they are very knowledgeable about repairing the damages that myself and my son did on our teeth. They called to confirm the appointments and the location is convenient as well.

I had the worst experience , my rate is a 0 . I waited 4hrs fell asleep woke up still didn’t getting seen everything was money money money Once I Did Get Seen They Had Me Wait And Wait . She came out with a long bill Once I Got My Exam . And told me my insurance didn’t cover nothing .she knows what she’s talking about and I Have United Health Care , Do Not Go Here Ever This Isn’t A Dentist This Is A Scammer .

Terrible and unprofessional front staff! They charged me before the procedure and made it hell getting my refund. And once I received it ,it was incorrect. Also The dentist there Karen Bartley, shouldn’t have taken my tooth out because of the difficult place it was in she should’ve sent me to an oral surgeon. And now I have to get surgery to remove the piece she left in. I would NOT recommend this place at all. From the front staff to the Karen Bartley my whole experience was a mess. Don’t support there business!
