Overall my experience with Ashley was awesome! The reason for my rating is bc when I originally scheduled the delivery date, I never received a call to confirm nor did I receive a call advising that my scheduled delivery was cancelled. I called and the representative I spoke to couldn’t advise me as to why it was cancelled either. However, we were able to get it rescheduled and I received my delivery items on the new scheduled delivery date. I absolutely love my new furniture and look forward to buying more in the future!

My salesperson was Mia at the Capitol Heights location. Mia was super patient and accommodating while I checked each piece of furniture and rug in search of a living room set. My checkout went very smoothly, and I expect my delivery will be the same (will definitely update this review if things go sour). Mia really helped me with what could have been a very stressful experience.

This store needs to rethink the people they hire. They have a customer service woman with a short ponytail that is rude and totally dismissive. You ask her basic questions and she gets smart and even when the general manager came up to rectify the situation she still acted unprofessional. She didn’t know how to listen I had to keep mentioning the same thing over and over. I hope they have a conversation with her because this will definitely drive customers away. The girl was dark skinned and heavy set. Get anyone but her to help you.

Kevin was so helpful with the details and measurements of basement furniture! I couldn’t have done it without him! Cudos to Sean for the discounts!

Lamont was very helpful. He was patient and took the time to address all of my (many) concerns. I appreciate that he did not overly apply pressure but gave me the time and space I needed to shop and ponder over my purchase. Today’s visit was a great experience overall.

Mia was absolutely fantastic! She was very funny but knowledgeable of the entire product. She was very helpful overall and i enjoyed her professionalism. I will recommend all of my friends to her and this location.

Edward (Jackson) was very helpful and polite. I really appreciated Mr. Jackson taking his time to explain all the details of the purchase and different options on delivery and protection plan. Great customer relations. Ashley is lucky to have a sales representative of Mr. Jackson’s caliber.

Ashley’s is always the way to go! My wife and I had an easy time finding the couch of our dreams with the help of Maurice! From the moment we entered we weren’t jumped on. He let us walk around, introduced himself, and DID NOT FOLLOW US AROUND THE STORE! We appreciated it. There was no pressure! He was able to answer all questions. Stayed close enough so that he was in eye shot if we needed him. Even when we wanted to go up the street to look at another store he didn’t make us feel bad and gave us great service when we came back ready to buy. That was a great furniture shopping experience thanks to Maurice!
