We got a hotel voucher since our flight was delayed. Upon arriving at midnight there were two men getting all of us checked in quickly. I was happy that the room was warm and clean. Fresh coffee in the morning.

I don't understand how this hotel works. I booked the night of April 21-22 using the Wyndham app, arrived at 9:15 pm and it turned out that the hotel was closed! The door was marked CLOSED! it's crazy! then I had to go to another hotel and in the morning I found out that they had withdrawn money from my account!!! it's a collapse!!! I advise you not to go to this hotel!!! I still couldn't get my money back! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

The Hotel Is old. No problem. But… Cons Not enough parking. You have to pay a $100 deposit if you book online. The lobby looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Furniture was dirty. Vending machines hadn’t been stocked. Rooms do not have a microwave or fridge.microwave in the lobby works ok. No water pressure when you shower. No ice bucket. Breakfast is in a paper bag with a banana, muffin and a granola bar. Juice and coffee provided. Pros Hotel was affordable and close to the airport.

I parked here for a flight out of O’Hare, and their policy is that they provide a credit to your total amount for an Uber/Lyft since they have no shuttle. I was told by the front desk that my card would be credited, and it never happened. I called multiple times, the manager was never there, and the receptionist told me that it was impossible to refund the amount for an Uber/Lyft. Really frustrating.

In all honesty, I've been doing Google Reviews for a while, this is my first proper negative one. Firstly we had to come here due to a missed flight, AA sent us to this hotel. When we arrived the receptionist struggled to understand us and our British accents. We got to our room, we found drops of blood on the floor, yellow stains on the bath towel, a dead bug on the mattress. If the end of our holiday wasn't spoilt by the missed flight, this certainly added to it. We had a feeling we would be walking into a dump when we read reviews about locked doors etc, and most of those reviews were spot on. If you're staying before a flight and you don't care about the conditions, I can see why its handy....but for our situation, where we missed our flight, and then had to be up at 5am, staying in this hotel was not what we wanted.

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed was. Mattress and pillows were very nice. The hotel and room were clean. There was a very nice breakfast with hot fresh coffee. Overall we had a very nice stay and plan on coming back. 👍😊

I see that the rating is not great for this hotel, but I don't think it's right. We spent a week here and it was ok for the money. Big, clean room, in very good shape furniture, hot water, nice bathroom, decent breakfast, nice people, good area for going to the airport, leaving the car here or visiting Chicago. Also felt safe. I'm writing this review because I stayed in a lot of Ins and cheaper hotels and this was one of the best. But if you want a 5 star hotel, you just need to choose better (and pay more, of course :)

We just stayed here for one night due to a delayed flight, as United Airlines gave us a voucher to stay here. Honestly, we would have been better off paying for another hotel room from our own pocket! It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Found hair on our bedding, shower was barely working, the room smelled moldy and they have different cleaning standars all over in the hotel. Breakfast was disgusting, tables were greasy as well as the floors, the only positive thing was the coffee. If you don't want to have a bad experience, better choose something else! I normally don't write bad reviews but this place deserves it. Stay away!

Room was comfortable. Had issue with microwave, not plugged in and cord too short to reach outlet. They seem to have ample parking, but lot is always full of cars. Halls are dimly lit and badly in need of redecorating. Parking at rear of building necessitating that you walk to front to gain entry. All doors to parking areas locked. Made reservations but, upon arriving, could not park. Lots full with no spots available. Discovered that the hotel rents parking spaces to travelers and that's why parking areas are always full.

Where do I start? There was a problem with my check in. Finally got my room and the shower doesn't work. Asked for another room but was told that the hotel was booked. The maintenance man was sitting playing on his phone and took his sweet time coming. Eventually I was able to shower. Minutes after checking in I found bed bugs. When asked for a refund I was denied. There was also crack heads all over the building. DO NOT get a room him. It's not safe nor clean.

The location was not an issue, although everything else was. Bathroom was disgusting. The felt like it had grease on it and the bedding was not clean. Had to ask for new sheets. The breakfast they had, might well go pay for a decent breakfast

For the area, this hotel is the best value in the area. Location was great, lobby, hallway, and breakfast area were clean. Our room was mostly clean but certainly rough around the edges. The breakfast selection was a bit lacking, but at least they had breakfast! Overall this hotel was an amazing value compared to the surrounding locations. It certainly is not the most modern, but it worked well enough for a weekend stay in the area.

If you're looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not it! This hotel's greatest feature is its location! If you don't mind driving an extra 20-30 minutes, you can find a fancier place for around the same price! But overall, the staff were actually really nice, free continental breakfast and no hassle checking in or out!

Unclean hairs in the shower, stain on the bed, ac unit was not wiped down, breakfast fruits were old and looked like they were about to expire. Staff is rude. Guy checking me in was on a personal call when I was checking in delaying my check in. There are hotels at a similar rate in this area that I have stayed in that are nicer and will have a clean room to stay in.

Do not waste your money going to this hotel, this is the worst place we've ever stayed at! Service was horrible, cleanliness was an issue and customer service is not on their list of priorities! We were woken up in the middle of the night and were told we had to move. When asked about compensation we were told no! This was only a few things from thus nightmare of a hotel!!

I read the reviews of this motel and in my the room was clean .I did get here and there was a tad bit on the toilet paper on the roll I asked for more and got it no problem. It's hard to find a parking spot in the parking lot because every spot is taken because they rent the spaces for short term or long term parking for the airport. Good luck finding a spot to park. We were thinking, where are all these people that own these cars? because we seen nobody else there. That's when I found out they rent Their spots. But they should save some spots for their actual customers. Just saying.

We stayed here using a voucher from American Airlines because our flight got canceled. We arrived very late but the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean. There is juice and coffee in the breakfast area and they provide a bag breakfast of muffins, a banana, and a granola bar. James was very helpful when we were leaving, helping me carry all the things to the taxi.

It is often said that you get what you pay for. At this Baymont you get less than what you pay for. No cups or glasses in the room. No decorations in the room. No clock. No coffee maker. TV was not easy to use or view shows; remote had not directions. Breakfast was advertised to start at 6:30am. At 6:40am there was no breakfast. Still trying to figure out why they make a copy of your ID. My suggestion --- AVOID this Baymont.

Room was ok. They advertise free continental breakfast which they do not have. Just breakfast in a bag. They advertise that rooms have fridge and microwave in rooms which there is not. Just another cheaply ran hotel.

Horrible. I used the app, paid in advance, checked in on the app, and when I went to pick up my room key card the person at the front desk wouldn’t let me have it, she wouldn’t refund my money and she said that the charge was a processing fee. DO NOT STAY HERE. No matter what. Sleep at a truck stop instead. The parking lot was dirty too and full of people sleeping on the sidewalk. If you have a few hundred dollars you don’t want they’d be happy to take it and give you nothing in return.

The room is clean but no microwave or fridge. I’ve stayed at Red Roof Inns that were less expensive and have a fridge and microwave The young woman at the front desk was very slow. She was too busy playing on her phone with her earbuds in to acknowledge me. There was no hello or greeting The internet is almost dial up level slow and they charge you 3 dollars to upgrade You get what you pay for

Arrived on 12/25/2022 at 2AM due to a cancelled flight at O-hare. This was the free stay from United Airline. Room was on the second floor, no heat in the elevator, nor the hallway. Walked into the room and the heater was NOT TURNED ON at ALL. Room was probably about 45-degrees, we turned the heater on to 85-degrees, we went to bed with all our cloths on and long sleeve shirts and spooned to keep warm. Woke up at 7-AM and room may of been close to 65-degrees. Good thing our room faced the east and was able to open the curtains to allow the sun in to warm the room. Spoke to several others in the morning and there room was the same. I spoke to a worker at the hotel and he stated, "the owner does not turn on heat in the rooms to save money". The bed was clean and comfy and the water hot for a shower. The photo's on the this website are definitely after the remodel and NOT current. The other disturbing thing is the amount of rooms on the second floor with external pad locks on the doors. I counted 8-rooms just in my short walk to the elevator. I walked into the next wing and there more doors with external pad locks on them. Plus the parking lot had 4 to 5 semi tractors parked there and one guy said he lives there and drives the truck.....HUMMM, makes a person wonder what is going on. Just a very odd stay.

Room was definitely big but it would need some renovation! The entire structure and especially the common areas are dated and not properly maintained. First impression when you come in is quite disappointing. I got a voucher from United Airlines that included meal at the hotel, but when arrived at 10.30 pm there was no chance to get any food. I would not recommend it. Sorry!

I bought the room on line and paid. Upon arrival the clerk demanded another $100 for a deposit but couldn't explain why. Place is shabby. A real dump. Parking lot lights didn't work. I felt safer going to another hotel. I feel they misrepresented their product and terms. But they kept my money and won't give a refund. Stay away. Far away.

So busy when I was waiting for check in, Looked like not enough staffs here. Shower lever was too hard to push and Hot and Cold indicator was opposite, and water drain of bath tub was not so good. Air conditioning does not work well.I heard Beep sound, maybe it was out of order. I could not find breakfast. I needed to take breakfast at front. I didn't know that. Breakfast was just Banana and bun, snack bar. Other than those, basically fine considering cheap rate hotel...
