Don’t waste your time or money here. Management could care less about maintaining any sense of professionalism. No cars in the drive thru but they’ll still park you. But make sure you stay on top of them otherwise you’ll wind up like me. I waited 30 minutes for my order before walking in only to be handed an incomplete and inaccurate order. The staff cares nothing about that though. They were too busy entertaining a guy loitering in the parking lot and the lobby that was obviously on drugs bothering everyone. But I guess the staff there are friends with this guy because they didn’t seem to bat an eye. Insult to I jury when I finally get my order and realize, half the stuff is missing. I also had to ask them for the drink but considering they didn’t have any way of tracking the orders they were ignoring, I wouldn’t expect that to be a problem for them. My advice: stop parking cars and maybe you’ll be able to stay on top of orders. At least make an attempt to keep crackheads out of your lobby. Pay attention to the orders so the next time I eat something I don’t have to worry about allergens being in my food.

It might seem that all Taco Bell are the same, but while food seems the same, I notice the is a difference. I was surprised to see my order delivered to me that was neatly wrapped and I was addressed in a friendly manner. Upon reflection it occured to me that this simple meal was treated with respect. By showing the food respect, I was shown respect. Well done Taco Bell and well done Jamaican wait staff.

First time going to this location it was in the afternoon, ordered with a lady at the counter that treated me like dirt for not using the kiosk and having the audacity of ordering at the counter, then flat out told me no when I asked to use the bathroom. Thankfully, there was a young man who was on his lunch break that let me in to use the restroom. Went back this morning and used the kiosk. It malfunctioned and took my money, but lost the order. Was talking to the same lady, and she treated me like dirt, AGAIN. I showed her my bank took the money out 6 minutes ago and still said it wasn't her problem. I had to explain, their tech problems are not mine and I wanted either the food or my money. Again, flippant & dismissive telling me that is not her problem. I finally told her she is rude and I won't be coming back to this location. Apparently, that was enough to at least get my order. I'm pretty sure she's a shift lead or manager since she was dressed up compared to the other employees. She has zero customer service skills. Hopefully, they have some retraining of their staff here, I won't be finding out because I'm never going to this location again no matter the time of day. Any place that treats ANY polite and paying customer like that, ever, doesn't deserve my money.

Fast Food in the 21st century means you can order your food and pay for it online using an app on your phone. When you get to the restaurant, they get to pull a Fast One on you by not giving you your correct order. Ordered a Chalupa Supreme and a large order of Nacho Fries. The Chalupa was right, but only received a small order of Nacho Fries. Check your orders before you leave. Especially at the drive thru, that's when it happens the most.

I ordered a Crunchwrap and there’s no meat of course 🤦🏻. Taco Bell is never good but damn at least serve me the cellulose mulch I’m craving. It’s pretty pathetic that they can’t even achieve the sub par quality I’ve come to expect from them. Please close your doors so someone can use the building to house the homeless if you can’t even serve garbage food right.

It’s good. It was fairly quick, but more importantly the food was made really well. The portions were generous and they were all wrapped so thoughtfully. A lot of love went into my grilled burritos… I could feel it. Every bite brought tears to my eyes. I didn’t want to cry because it was my first time here, and that wouldn’t be a great first impression, but I was touched. My only criticism is that the water out of the machine was too cold and crisp. I suppose it would be nice on a hot summer day, but at the time that I ate it was cool and gloomy, so not a great combo

This location has never gotten a single order correct. They literally just make what they want and throw it in the bag. They don’t follow instructions and then try to rush you when you check your items while in the drive thru. After three seperate incidences I’ve decided to frequent another location

It took 47 minutes just to get to the order box 😤. I had to repeat the order twice 🙄. 13 minutes later I get to the window FINALLY pay for my order, I had to tell the what I ordered because they couldn't figure it out. While I'm waiting to get my food the cook/manager had to look at the drive thru order screen at least 4x to figure out what was on the order. I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my food. I check the bag, I tell them we're short burritos on the order. They gave me a burrito, I get home & am going thru my order again & I was STILL MISSING FOOD!

As construction worker I eat way more fast food than I should . That being said this is the best taco bell I've ever been to. Their order kiosk was easy to use and you can customize things I never knew you could . The food came out fast and was exactly how I ordered it. Very friendly staff .

I stopped being vegan Jan 2023, and realized I haven't had taco bell since I started eating meat again 😬 I will never have dairy again, and every single menu item I ordered was sans dairy. & every single item was made fresh to order and perfect. This is probably the 1st time I've ordered and every SINGLE ITEM I ordered was correct! My stomach is safe another day! I got to have the "nostalgia" of taco bell without being sick!! Whoever worked may 3rd between 9-12am, prepped the meal to serve, you deserve a raise beyond anything! Thank you :') !!!

There’s a lot of Taco Bells in the area, but this one is my favorite. Order is always accurate and hot. Very friendly staff. Clean inside (although I miss the old-school decor!). I got one of those taco pass things where you get a free taco ever day for a month, so have compared a lot of tacos side-by-side. This location puts the most meat on (like an inch of meat, mmm) and actually layers the toppings in a line instead of all clustered up on one side. Drive through tends to be slow but walk in or mobile order and go inside to pick up, you’re out in seconds.

I ordered food online, they charged my card $36.51, 4 times . On the app it said to just give them my name at the drive thru. I waited 40 minutes in line and when I got to the window they said they were not taking orders online or at drive thru!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! I showed them my phone with the order, receipts that I paid and where it showed to give my name for my order but they refused to give me my food. Computers were down. REALLY, do your employees not know how to add an order and make food??? You could have offered something for my inconvenience of waiting 40 minutes in a line I couldn't get out of, you were giving food to the door dash people and uber.!Uber.!! They're orders were paid online just like mine so what's the difference???

I really don’t expect much from Taco Bell not sure if it’s the same owner all around Denver metro but they are all consistently horrible and slow. Cant there just be one Taco Bell where I can get my food in less than 10 minutes? Whoever is teaching the GMs how to operate around Denver metro should lose their job sadly I bet they’re making half a mil a year doing a terrible job gotta love it.

Food was cold. Employee insisted that food was hot when It had been served five minutes before, handed it back to me, and did not offer to do anything about it. The people who came in a few minutes behind me had to wait about 15 minutes for their food. It was a not a good day at Taco Bell.

It's been quite some time since I've gone to Taco Bell. I was craving a burrito supreme so I stopped by recently. They are now charging over $5, what the blank. 10 years ago it was $2.29, have salaries more than doubled in the past 10 years? I think not you Corporate criminals! You just lost a customer forever. I will never ever pay $5.50 with tax for a little tiny burrito supreme again.

This location has gotten worse and worse. It used to be only on occasion that they would forget an item on my oder, but lately it's been multiple items every single visit. The woman who was at the drive-through tonight also made it seem like a big deal to get a receipt. The forgot our 2 drinks and 1 taco and didn't even bother to give us any sauce packets. Time to find a different location.

Service is great. However food quality is poor. Everytime I order crunchy tacos there is so much grease it saturates the shell and sticks to the wrapper. When to attempt to pull off wrapper the whole taco falls apart. High prices and poor quality. No thank you.

I absolutely love Taco Bell and will come here because it's the closest to my house but... They have the SLOWEST drive through I'vs ever been too... Consistently. I know it's hard times but let's step it up a little please so this girl doesn't have to switch to McDonald's for her guilty pleasure.

Long story short, if you're a Door Dasher do not waste your time here. I was in the drive through line for a hour and half, 7 cars ahead of me. The employees took their sweet time preparing orders. If Google let me review this store a negative zero I would in a heart beat.

Taco Bell is always fast and fresh and the staff is friendly. They haven't made any mistakes with my orders and their fast to get you on your way. Even at 1:30 in the morning they are on their feet making your favorites with no mistakes.

Asked for restroom key since they keep it locked said one second and never came back very poor care for paying customers the guy had a black mask and sun glasses on the mask is understandable but not a good look wearing sunglasses to hide face while giving poor customer service

It's a Taco Bell. If I get all of the food I ordered, everything is assembled correctly and it's hot, they've perfectly matched my expectations. This one checks all those boxes, so I'm satisfied.

I have gone to a lot of taco bells in the past. I have been very disappointed many times by them. But the fact that they offer so many vegetarian options keeps me coming back. Either way, this particular one has never disappointed me. So when it comes to "healthy" fast food that is vegetarian friendly, I'm not sure there is anything better at this price point.

I Always come here after 12:00 am, getting off work. Food is always fresh and never wrong, very respectful and nice people working here! Best taco bell around 10/10. Even when there is a huge line, food is always on point. Only taco bell I go to.

I wouldn’t bother coming at night. All we did was order 2 nacho fry boxes and switched the tacos for supreme ones. First, they didn’t switch the tacos, second the fries were bare with no seasoning and the burritos had practically no filling just stuffed with its own tortilla, the soda machine had warm soda and no ice. I would have gone up to fix the food but it took them over 30 min to even give us our food even though others ordered after us and got theirs first. I loved coming to this Taco Bell since I was in high school years back but just like many other food places they seemed to have gone down hill since Covid 😢

The taco pizza is not the same and was soggy. I believe they prepped many in advance for drive through traffic however I prefer a fresh crisp pizza. It's kind of hit or miss being satisfied.

I asked for some sour cream for my hard shell taco and they never did but the 5 layer burrito normally has 5 it has 3 and hardly any meat in it but the Mexican pizza is really good and delicious 😋 and kinda messy but I rather go inside and do it with so u know the order is all confirmed and ready to go thnks for ur patience and make sure u get it right this time. Not very happy

It was after midnight when I got off work. I decided to visit Taco Bell. This place was BUSY!! The line for the drive-through was around the corner halfway down the block. It would be expected to maybe receive poor service, bad food, or both. Neither happened. This Taco Bell worked hard and was fast and courteous at both from the drive-through speaker and at the window. The food was hot and was made fresh! They ensured my order was correct! Even though Taco Bell doesn't have table service, I did tip two employees for I clearly saw working hard and ensuring they were providing exceptional customer service. It is the holiday season, and they were working late and hard!!

I work nights near this location and stop here all the time. Theyvare always fast and accurate. Today I went inside and noticed one of employees RIKKI doing an excellent job. Great attitude and customer service thanks RIKKI.

It’s all taste and no flavor. The staff kept busy, but offering more time when i am ready to order was a little rude. Overall, I would rather eat at mcdonalds across the way. It is more or less the same, but at least mcdonalds has a tiny bit of flavor to their menus.
