First
time
going
to
this
location
it
was
in
the
afternoon,
ordered
with
a
lady
at
the
counter
that
treated
me
like
dirt
for
not
using
the
kiosk
and
having
the
audacity
of
ordering
at
the
counter,
then
flat
out
told
me
no
when
I
asked
to
use
the
bathroom.
Thankfully,
there
was
a
young
man
who
was
on
his
lunch
break
that
let
me
in
to
use
the
restroom.
Went
back
this
morning
and
used
the
kiosk.
It
malfunctioned
and
took
my
money,
but
lost
the
order.
Was
talking
to
the
same
lady,
and
she
treated
me
like
dirt,
AGAIN.
I
showed
her
my
bank
took
the
money
out
6
minutes
ago
and
still
said
it
wasn't
her
problem.
I
had
to
explain,
their
tech
problems
are
not
mine
and
I
wanted
either
the
food
or
my
money.
Again,
flippant
&
dismissive
telling
me
that
is
not
her
problem.
I
finally
told
her
she
is
rude
and
I
won't
be
coming
back
to
this
location.
Apparently,
that
was
enough
to
at
least
get
my
order.
I'm
pretty
sure
she's
a
shift
lead
or
manager
since
she
was
dressed
up
compared
to
the
other
employees.
She
has
zero
customer
service
skills.
Hopefully,
they
have
some
retraining
of
their
staff
here,
I
won't
be
finding
out
because
I'm
never
going
to
this
location
again
no
matter
the
time
of
day.
Any
place
that
treats
ANY
polite
and
paying
customer
like
that,
ever,
doesn't
deserve
my
money.
