The talented golems they have working there sold me a reds burger without the chicken in it and chips not in any packaging thrown against the box. Maybe hire someone not fresh out of the womb and send these runts over to Centrelink.

Bad customer service from the young manager. I asked for fresh chips prior to paying. When I came to check my food, I told him my chips aren’t fresh and I want new ones, he gave me a very bad attitude & returned with soggy chips that were undercooked. I then accepted those chips as I didn’t want to make a huge fuss. I got to the car, realised he gave me a drumstick instead of wing, and I had asked for extra stuffing in my classic roast yet proceeded to get none. I also had little gravy so the food was very dry. It was disgusting. I had enough, walked back in and asked for a refund, which he so dryly returned, WITHOUT an apology. Red rooster, you need to know who you are hiring, because this is just atrocious behaviour to someone paying you for customer service. If you don’t want to work there then don’t, no one is forcing you. I’ll never return back.

Food is great, very speedy and great service. The food is very hot in temperature when you first get it, which I love - by the time you get it home for everyone, it hasn't gone cold :) The hot honey chicken is awesome - highly recommend trying it. The store was very clean, not a crumb on the tables and the bathrooms were cleaned and fully stocked.

Ordered one rooster wrap combo (large) from red rooster for the first time and it was quite disappointing. Unfortunately I had to add my sauce to make it better.

ordered their chicken on numerous occasions, i dont see why they “arent able to” accommodate customers’ request (ie pack a specific part of chicken). tried ordering after a while, still no improvement.

Ordered red rooster for the first time a little while ago and the girl who looked 14 gave my order to the person infront of me (she was the one that took my order) the one star goes to the girl who offered to remake my food, and the other star to the food being surprisingly good. If you ever come here make sure to pay extra attention, as some workers there clearly do not

I bought two rippa combos and the bread was really hard and difficult to bite into. Their tenders on the roll are also tiny.

They forgot our buttermilk wings from the box package. When we asked for it, they took the receipt back, and we need to ask them to print another copy. Many people just came to use the toilet, but it was locked, and they left. TV sports channel available. The floor is quite sticky. Overall, it has nice food, good value, and friendly service.

I Went to buy takeout for my family. Bought the big feast meal, portions were good, person who served me was polite and reasonable. Only complaint I have is that they ran out of the big bottle of solo. 😔 So I had to have two small ones but that is understandable. Overall pretty good.

Walked in at about 9:20 pm. There appeared to be someone in the ladies restroom (for a while) so I asked staff if I could quickly use the men's instead. They said they'd only just locked the ladies room. When I asked if they would unlock it for me, they explained that they'd cleaned it, but after deliberating, said they'd unlock it. I don't know how well they'd cleaned it, tbh, because there was a sizeable swirl of faeces on the tiles right next to the loo. Would have been nice to get a warning about it at least. Anyway. The chicken was eh, and the chips appeared to be around 2 hours old.
