Unfortunately I changed my review from great place about a month ago, to now all 2 ratings. I went to this location at 1:30 Sunday June 11, and they were not busy. However the staff was fairly busy visiting with one another. I ordered my usual #1 and the burger was freshly made but the fries were cold and soggy. There was no toilet paper in one of the bathroom stalls. There were no napkins at the counter, and I got the last ketchup container.

During Lunch, we were the only car at the drive thru, and they still got our order wrong. We ordered two combo meals and they forgot to add the second burger. Se we got 2 fries, 2 drinks and 1 burger. The genius at the drive thru didn't even notice the order was messed up. They hire some real trashy people.

Worst Freddy's location I've visited yet. Ordered the cheese curds and they came out burnt and tasted horrible. So I took them back and asked for fresh curds and they brought me back the same ones this time double dipped in the fryer and twice as burnt as before and mangled in pieces. Was a waste of money and would like a refund but no manger around to do so just a couple of teenagers who don't know what they're doing.

Ordered a regular size cheese curds, a burger with Freddy’s sauce on it and an entire $6 bottle of sauce… arrived with no sauce at all (not in the burger or even a single dipping sauce with the fries). And only 1/3 a basket of the curds is a regular order?? I was so looking forward to this and rarely order in, and this was such a massive disappointment. I used to love Freddy’s but it’s all about the sauce and honestly I don’t think that I would ever try to order again from them.

Charged extra $0.25 over my fry order to get 5 onion rings……what the heck is this?! Never ordering that again… Edit: went back to the counter and the young lady resolved it. This is honestly the first issue I’ve ever had at this location besides long drive thru lines but it’s to be expected in this area.

Forgot sauce for my chicken strips. The strips were dry. Plenty of fries. Love kiddie shakes $2 extra. Lunch just under $20. Convienent location. Service friendly.

I love the shakes here! If you haven't had a frozen custard shake yet, this is the place to go. For a fast food chain, the food is pretty good. I actually love their style of steak burgers. They're kind of flattened in a weird way. As for the shakes, they only have chocolate and vanilla but they provide a lot of different flavor toppings. So delicious! Service was very nice as well.

Great customer service. The burgers also tasted great. I got the california and added jalapenos. The lettuce alternative to a bun is kind of hard to hold - it's like a burger burrito. But I have yet to find a *great* lettuce wrap burger anywhere.

I only come here for custard, so I cannot speak for the food. The custard is good. The problem is that about 1 in 4 trips, the order is wrong, very little add-ins/sauces when ordered, or looks like a 5 year old sloppily made it. Today I paid $6.90 for a regular sized peppermint Oreo shake. I recieved a blob of chocolate and blob of vanilla custard in a cup, not mixed or anything. I was the only one in the drive through and didn't see anyone inside, either.

Two bottom buns for a burger, didn’t listen to the request that said plain. Got a drink without a lid, sketchy. Would sooner make my own burger, will from now on. Worst one of the franchise I’ve been to out of three states. Wow.

This location never gets my order right. They forget majority of my order and when I order a grilled cheese the last 2 times I was given two completely cold buns with cheese on them. If you’re gonna charge $5 for a grilled cheese at least toast it!

I really like Freddy's and usually go to the one on Twenty Mile, but gave this location a try. Disappointed by the food quality here, my burger was indelibly salty to the point it seemed on purpose. We paid for a large meal and sundaes, the drink was not filled nearly full and neither were the fries. Our custards also seemed pretty light. For what was paid and especially for larger upgraded size it was not satisfactory and probably wont go to this location again. The cashier was nice enough but the food was just not good or worth the price. Will stick to other locations

Good quality ingredients make it a tasty burger. Next time I’m going to try the jalapeño burger! The kids love the food too. They get a small mini cup of ice cream to share if they finish their burger or chicken fingers when we go. I love the shoestring fries. All around good experience and clean restaurant.

I visited this location Friday the 14th at 2pm. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with banana and whipped cream. The first time they got this order wrong and didn’t give me hot fudge, just chocolate sauce and a very tiny amount. When I showed the girl inside that this was not right she agreed. A young man came to assist in fixing my order and remade this “hot fudge sundae” with plain chocolate sauce. The atmosphere was unprofessional as this place looked like only high schoolers worked there and they were just socializing with each other. I am a business manager across the street and I’m disappointed with my experience.

The staff was very friendly and professional. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the dining room especially with all of the high volume traffic. Thanks so much!
