It was a pleasure working with Colorado Cardio, as well as the delivery service. Nathan in the Loveland store was very helpful and his communication with us was exceptional. Phillip delivered the equipment, navigating some challenging doorways. The equipment was set up exactly where we wanted it and he made sure that we were happy with the installation and instructions. Any future questions or help needed is just a text or phone call away. Very satisfied with their customer service and equipment. Definitely would recommend.

We have worked with Colorado Cardio for both selling and buying equipment. Recently we purchased a Hack Squat by Athletic Vision from them. Fair price, quick delivery and install. We have not had enough time to truly evaluate the treadmill we purchased but we can rate the customer service and delivery/setup. Both were excellent. The delivery and setup were exceptional. This is an area where bad things can happen and Phillip went the extra mile to make sure they didn't. Both guys were efficient, polite, and respectful. They took the time we needed to be comfortable with the new machine. We were very happy with the way things went.

Colorado Cardio is a great place to buy workout equipment. We didn’t want to buy new but still wanted quality equipment with a warranty. They fit the bill. They were extremely helpful in explaining the differences between the brands. The delivery service was great. They were professional and took care within the house to not damage anything.

We purchased a refurbished Precor Elliptical and we are very happy with it. Nathan, at the Loveland store, was a big help in answering all our questions and directing us to the right machine for us. The delivery guys came on-time and moved the elliptical (300+ lbs) to the basement without scratching anything - we were very glad that we paid to have the machine delivered. We would recommend Colorado Cardio to anyone who is looking for high quality refurbished commercial exercise equipment at a big discount over the retail price.

Colorado Cardio had what I was looking for (a sturdy, quiet stationary spin bike) at a reasonable price for that higher end type of equipment. Sales staff (Nathan) was helpful but not at all pushy. The delivery guy was friendly and efficient. Overall a great experience.
