Went for a birthday party, will never go back. It feels like a dad tried to build urban air in their garage. Extension cords sticking out, the ball pit is four inches/one layer of balls deep with torn padding, the floor is covered by home gym padding squares and peeling. Multiple trampolines have holes in them and the walls are only partially padded. The top of the structures are decorated with blinking strands of Christmas lights. This is not exaggeration, every one of these is shown in the attached photos. Go somewhere else.

My son absolutely loves this place. While he enjoyed the trampoline park, he really liked the obstacle course. Talk about a great way to keep a kid active and burn off some extra energy. I would note that parents should expect waiting in line. We came on a Sunday and there was a 30 minute wait to get in. It's just good to bear this in mind, so you have the proper expectations when you arrive. Also, as of January 2019, Fly High is requiring special grip socks. I'm guessing this is for liability purposes. These can be purchased for under $3. While this won't break the bank, it is something to consider if you have a large group of kids. Overall, I'd highly recommend Fly High for any parent with kids, or if you're a parent looking to have some fun jumping on trampolines like a kid.

The negative reviews of this place are hilarious. It's a kids trampoline park of course kids are going to mess with the equipment and things will be a little worn. My two year old and eleven year old enjoy coming here and playing non stop. Definitely take your kiddos to fly high!

We went here for a birthday party and it was so much fun for my 4 year old. She loved it. I had fun as well. The staff was quick with getting socks and making sure we had a waiver signed.

Really fun place for birthday parties. No lie, it's a little pricey (but I'm ridiculously cheap), so check prices before you come. But it is an absolute blast. My kids slept like the dead the night we have gone! 👍

My kids like going here, and I won’t dramatize and say we won’t be back when I know we will. But I am completely unimpressed with the way this place is managed. The equipment is broken throughout the entire facility - parts of it I have never seen functional. This weekend there was no soap in the girls bathroom, just an old soap bottle filled with water. Really? There is a Walmart less than a mile away. A Saturday afternoon with a sign on the door saying “at capacity” (after which plenty more people poured in) I think soap in the bathrooms could be considered a basic “amenity.”

Always such a fun place to bring my family! We have had birthdays there which have always been a big hit. Love that it gets my kids moving while they are having fun! Will continue to be our go to spot

I’d give this place no stars if I could. When I first walked in, I did all the waiver stuff online so I didn’t have to wait and paid for it all and the girl at the desk didn’t ask if I needed socks so I said do we need socks or not. She must have thought we had them already🤷🏼‍♂️ so I had to have 2 transactions. Then about halfway through my time I went to the desk and asked if I could jump on the super tramp and the kid at the front said no because there is no manager here. I wasn’t trying to do anything crazy. I am 35yrs old and have jumped on trampolines my entire life. I don’t need supervised. Every time I have brought my daughter here it’s always something that makes me not want to come back. Aside from all of that, the place just seemed tan down. There’s a trailer out front with trash on it. There’s holes in most of the trampolines. All the padded floor is worn down and dirty. Does anyone clean?? I more than likely won’t be coming back

I took a group of students to Fly High as a reward field trip in May. It was awesome. The students had a wonderful time. Lexi and Haylie, who were working the front desk, were incredibly helpful and welcoming to them. Thank you also, for your generosity in giving us a discount so we could make this happen for the students.
