The local office is good, the one star is for the parent company. If you have a prescription that is in shortage and looking for a psychiatrist, keep in mind that even if you find a pharmacy that has it in stock, you then have to wait up to 72 hours to transfer it because of Serenity's ludicrous system of where you can't contact the local office directly and you have to wait behind a queue that includes all of their locations. So even if you find a pharmacy with it in stock, you very well might not be able to get it filled in time, rinse and repeat ad infinitum. A small local psychiatrist has them completely beat in this regard, in a facet that many would say is probably one of the most important there is.

I've never had a more uncomfortable experience with a psychiatrist, nor with one who was so disconnected and inattentive. Under no circumstances would I recommend Daniel Plastino to anyone. I'm not sure how someone with his demeanor can do the work he does(and be successful). I left the session more anxious, worried and frankly traumatized, than I was going in. Jennifer French at the Cherry Creek clinic wrote all his wrongs and made me feel so heard. Avoid this serenity clinic. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Dr. Jennifer French is first provider I have fully been able to trust with my mental health. She is caring, attentive, compassionate, and she listens! She possesses all qualities that are an absolute necessity for providing mental healthcare. She is my top recommendation to my friends and family. I truly enjoy our appointments together. She is honest, validating, and non-judgmental. If you are looking for an incredible place, that is relaxing, but encompasses kindness and integrity - Serenity is your place!

Daniel Plastino is a great psychiatrist! I have had a very good experience with him so far. He has taken his time to explain to me risk/outcomes/pros/cons and has walked me through everything this whole process. He is straightforward but very nice. I trust him.

This is one of the most fantastic places for Mental Health! From all the amazing front office Girls to the Nurses that make you feel like you're family. Best of all Dr . Froehlich helped me so much I feel like a Different person Mentally and Emotionally! There's also Rob who helped me with payments for Ketamine and TMS treatments not just a manger he's a Friend! Thank you to Serenity for giving me my Life back I will always be Grateful !

Dr. Gower has been wonderful. I would never have even have known that TMS and ketamine treatment were an option. It’s absolutely revolutionized my life. He has also helped me manage my medication while listening to my concerns and taking everything I say seriously. It’s indescribable to have a doctor that doesn’t gaslight me. He is also really great about working with my other doctors, the synchronicity is phenomenal. All of the nurses and other staff have also been incredible and so kind. The do so much work to make sure I am getting the most out of my treatments. This is the only place I’ve found that will work with you on doing a payment plan that actually makes sense. And doesn’t overwhelm you with debt. And they make it a breeze. Overall, I just feel really blessed to have found Serenity Mental Health Centers.

It feels like everyone there is rooting for you and the overall vibe is supportive and caring. I highly recommend Serenity for general psychiatric care as well as ketamine and TMS treatments.

Michael Gower, M.D.He is amazing, He was patient, polite, and made me completely relaxed .After communicating with him, my mood improved a lot.
