Absolutely recommend this place! The food was beautiful & fresh, wait staff was great, yummy drinks, & nice music/atmosphere! I started with the goat cheese shrimp cakes appetizer & I have to say I’ve never tasted anything like it before, amazing!! For the entree I had the gangnam fried chicken, super tasty!

Great atmosphere and unique dishes that are PACKED with flavor. A great value and likely the best place to grab a quick brunch, lunch, or Dinner in Colorado Springs. Definitely a place you will return to—everything on the menus is incredible.

The place is busy, but there were a few hug tops available. We sat down at the same table as the prior week, me in my same shirt. Renee, the waitress who we had seen only once the prior week grated us and asked if we wanted the same fresh squeed IPA and edemami as last time. What a memory. Food is fusion Korean, Thai, USA. Kitchen is open. No surcharges or games on the bill. QR code pay. Great place for service but not interruption.

We went to 503W for brunch on April 8. Loved it! The staff is super friendly and the place has a super cool vibe. The portions are not small; prices fair. My husband had the breakfast burrito - enormous. He loved it. The entire time he was eating, he was raving about how good it was. We always play this game where whoever ordered best, is declared "the winner". He declared himself the winner ... I'm not so sure. I had the lavender honey chicken and waffles. Holy Wow! The textures were glorious and the complex yet complimentary flavors were even better. I kinda wanted to lick the plate but I'm not quite that savage. Looking forward to returning when the kids visit. YUM!

When travelling meetings we always look for unique local places with great food. 503W is definitely that! Add in great service and a cool atmosphere and you get the perfect combination. All the food our group had was raved about and I will personally recommend the glazed salmon. Bonus points for an unexpected selection of NA beers!!

First time visiting and parking is definitely an issue but we went around 3pm on a Sunday and it was nice and quiet. There is a rustic contemporary vibe with what looks like the original wood floor. We have the new Fruit and Nut Salad which was really good with a lot of different flavors. They forgot our blueberries but brought them right out once we mentioned it. All in all a great spot for a good salad.

Overall, this is a great place to eat, drink and chill with a good vibe. REALLY liked the place, but cannot say it was perfect. Food was pretty good, not 5 star knock it outta the park great, but solid. The desert (French Prince) is amazing - don't leave without ordering THAT!! Renee is awesome btw. Likely best server ever. Ask for her!!!

A great Colorado Springs lunch spot. Price: $$ (averaged about $20 per person) Experience: 10/10. Got sat immediately. Atmosphere: 10/10. Staff/ownership: Everyone was very friendly and they were on top of it. Water was constantly refilled and we were checked in on. Overall: 10/10. I was surprised with how good the food was! Plus, they carried my favorite day-time beverage (Grüvi) Flaw: parking is tough, but once you get a spot it’s worth it.

What a great experience! We have been here once before a few years ago and so glad we came back. The vibe is so amazing in this place. Delicious spirits, great food, best music (Lenny Kravitz) & top notch service! We had the nachos, satay and tacos. My 13 year old was not leaving a single chip on that nacho plate. The best part was the dessert! Wow, it was gone in 2.3 seconds. I should've never decided to share with 3 other people. Overall we are so glad we went here. Great food, great vibe, & great service!

Super cool place to have a date or even just get dinner at a trendy, bustling place. I went there with my partner on a Wednesday night, it was pretty busy but the staff were fantastic and our food came out without too much of a wait. The Korean French Fries are AMAZING. Definitely will be going again, even if it's just for the friendly service and those fries!

Awesome Asian inspired American eatery with a wide variety of adventurous interpretations as well as some more traditional options for those not so adventurous. A good number of vegetarian choices along with burgers, salmon and bulgogi offerings for the rest of your party. They also offer a number of non alcoholic drink selections which was nice to see. They do take reservations if you give them a call, and can accommodate several groups of 6-8 folks pretty easily as well as more cozy groups or date nights. Theres a really small patio on the front for those amazing nights we get from time to time. Overall just a great local place you should definitely add to your rotation!

Hands-down, some of the best food The Springs has to offer!!! Time and time again, the food is just mind-blowing. Everything from the ingredients to the presentation is fantastic. As many reviews have stated, 503W specializes in Asian-inspired food. I tell everyone I know (so like 12 people,) that you MUST order the braised short-ribs. Lately, they've been integrating the short-ribs into even more dishes. Any variation of the noodle bowls, breakfast bowls, or Asian tacos are sure to be the best meal you've had in a while. Parking is tight, so plan on walking a little if need be. If you park in the back, you need a little bit of skill. So women: don't park in the back. Joking! No, really, park in the back. Otherwise, you have to parallel park out front 😅🤣. Don't worry, as stressful as the parking situation can be, the food will be worth it! The atmosphere isn't my favorite, but then again, I'm an old soul. The music is sometimes too loud, and lately, there have been a fair amount of transients hanging out in front. Not ideal, but the area is technically "downtown" so it's expected. Sadly. All-in-all, if you have the chance to eat here, don't pass it up!

Updated Review (Google won’t allow me to post a second review)———Apr 2023 Back again for lunch this time. We had the Calamari (amazing as always), Food Truck Satay, and Cold Thai Noodles. The Satay was a good lunch sized portion. However, it looked prettier than it tasted. The curry wasn’t the best. It was good just not great. I wouldn’t order this one again. The noodles were great! Super fresh and filling. A great portion size. Our waiter was good and we didn’t have to wait for anything. He was very knowledgeable about the beers on tap. $$—$20-30 with drinks and appetizer ——————————————————————— (Mar 2023 Review below) The waitstaff was a little slow, but the food and the artwork makes up for it. Maybe it’s on purpose so you look at the art on the walls 🤷‍♂️ The calamari is insane 🤯. Never had them served like chicken tenders. Not pictured is the Sage Butternut Squash Ravioli. Highly recommend though.

I had a great time at this place, vibe was chill and laid back ! My bartender was so awesome he was knowledgeable and genuine, friendly and hard working ! We ordered the Koren tacos, and they were awesomeness! I forgot the name of this drink, but it was good. I had Boba at the bottom and was on the happy hour drinks list ! good Lil spot ! sorry, I forgot our bartenders name, but I almost promise you will know who it is if you go !

Such a fun and unique menu that the kitchen cooks up to a tee. Service was a bit slow but that's understandable since the restaurant was very busy when we sat. Overall 10/10, amazing food, drinks and energy at 503W!

503W is a cozy and trendy restaurant located in the heart of Colorado Springs. The atmosphere is great, with a unique and stylish decor that makes for a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. However, the seating situation can be a bit cramped and uncomfortable, as the tables are situated quite close together and the chairs are not the most comfortable. Despite this, the food is delicious and the service is excellent. Overall, I would recommend 503W for its great atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service, but be prepared for a tight seating situation.

I’ve been going to 503W for years. I’ve eaten here for brunch and dinners. I love the bottomless mimosas and cocktails. I’ve now tried the fried chicken, nachos, salmon and burgers. All were tasty and came out pretty quickly. Very nice place to hang with friends or go for a date night

A full 5 stars to this place! The food is amazing! I saw this on the top 10 restaurants in the springs. I can see why now. Parking is an issue. There is a small parking lot in the back but does not hold more than 5-7 cars and you have to back up to go out. Street parking is hard to get. Once inside, it's a casual, eclectic and slightly artsy place. We ordered the goat cheese shrimp cakes, the sweet potato fries, the fried chicken sandwich, the sage butternut ravioli and the wasabi-pineapple mule. Everything was top notch! The shrimp cakes were amazing, full of goat cheese and the accompanying salad and dressing was perfect. The chicken in the sandwich is also available as the Gangnam fried chicken and you have to try it! The crunch and the spice is delicious. The sweet potato fries were very very good. For someone who doesn't like sweet potatoes, I ate my share of them all! The spice and fry on the fries was fantastic and the dip added to it. Definitely choose those over regular fries. The ravioli was also delicious with the right amount of butternut squash. That mule is probably one of the best non-classic mules I've had. All in all, this was a great experience and definitely recommend coming here or at least ordering food from here if you can't make it.

They were busy, but you couldn’t tell by the quality of the service. The poke bowl was good, and was the ramen. The French dip was delicious.

Absolutely fabulous! I was totally unaware of this restaurant but found it while walking from my hotel to an event. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Food is amazing! If you are in the area you will be glad you went! I can't wait to go back.

Came here for a big group lunch celebrating our friend’s birthday. The staff was so accommodating with our large table and gave great service. The food came out quickly and everything was so tasty. Loved the unique cocktail menu, too!

Came here for breakfast/brunch, everything we tried off of their menu was delicious. I highly recommend the Lucky Belly Hash, it was a creative take on a typical breakfast hash with some Korean influence. The Hong Kong French toast also was also really tasty if you have a sweet tooth. It seems like they have something for everyone on their menu. Didn't try any drinks, but the coffee was good. Cool atmosphere, highly recommend!

New favourite spot for weekend brunch. The creativity in both the food and drink menu makes it feel like there is always something new to try. The staff is so friendly and give wonderful recommendations! Even a small seating area out front if you have a good pup.

Oh wow! Seriously, one of the most beautiful, flavourful meals I have had in FOREVER!!! We ordered the Sweet Korean FF, the Korean Tacos, Gangnam Fried Chicken, and the French Price... honestly, all were absolute perfection, but do NOT sleep on the Fried Chicken!!! Cocktails and service were equally as perfect! Thanks 503W! We will see you again very soon!

Worth trying to find parking! Excellent food and service. Contemporary food and setting. We had brunch, mine was fried pork belly over sweet potato fries and it was delicious. Excellent bloody mary too!

Our first time in was evidently still brunch, despite our wanting something off the dinner menu… hence, we had to return at least once to experience dinner. The service and food both time are just not great at all. The environment is cold and extremely loud. It’s difficult to enjoy conversation across the table. A bit ridiculous… I was super excited to try this joint, but I would never return. Blah.

I read that this place was good on multiple restaurant pages and it did not disappoint everything was delicious. Servers were also very nice. Definitely recommend for good eats. The music is a little loud so it's not exactly a place for a quiet dinner but if you don't mind a little loud music and a social vibe it's a great place to get food and drinks especially with friends.

Stopped on our way up to Denver and the food was delicious! Ordered the Korean street fries which had such a unique 3 spice Korean seasoning on it. Had the Thai salmon for a main and it had so many flavors packed into it. Appreciated that the salmon came on a bed of noodles and included a salad. Great presentation too! Only complaint was service was extremely slow and we at least an hour before we actually were eating

this was actually my second time here and both times the food was great! especially the dessert item (not sure what it was called but there’s only one dessert on the menu). honestly, going to be going back just for the dessert one day. 🤤
