I don’t crave Taco Bell very often, but when I do- I don’t usually come away dissatisfied. Taco Bell has fast food Mexican down to a science. I bought the Deluxe cravings box- which consisted of Steak chalupa supreme- Nacho cheese Doritos taco- Beefy 5 layer burrito and chips & nacho cheese sauce. All of these items were hot, fresh and delicious.

Tried to order breakfast here this morning and the person taking orders was really rude. She was not hearing us order and when my mom raised her voice so she hear her she yelled at my mom for yelling at her. The on top of that the lady was coughing and sniffling like she was sick. If she sounds that sick she should not be allowed to work. We still have a pandemic going on. This place is not clean if they let sick workers in and this doesn't even count the horrible customer service. This used to be a good Taco Bell but has utterly crashed. Then they didn't even put or food in a bag even though it was clear that the food was to go. Avoid this Taco Bell.

Ordered a chicken chalupa Supreme without sour cream and STILL there was sour cream!!! I called the store a couple of times but NOONE answered the phone!!😡😡 NEVER ordering there again!!!!

Service was good, food came out fast and hot and tasty. Idk if I like the whole touchscreen thing, it's super frustrating to stand behind the Slowest Man in the World who is apparently trying to order food for his entire extended family one item at a time. Wouldn't it be faster and easier to have, for example, a trained cashier taking orders? But what do I know. It's a fine taco bell and seems well run, anyways.

Aside from the fact that I frequently have issues with my orders being correct they are now walking in on me while I'm in the bathroom. I thought the bathroom locks locked but two days ago I was in the bathroom after placing a mobile order and one of the employees walked in on me. Didn't say anything just looked at me and closed the door. Luckily, I wasn't using the toilet but I was trying to dig a popcorn kernel out of my gums so I wasn't in a position to say anything. But then she did it again. First of all, isn't there some sort of law against them not only not providing working bathroom locks but just walking in on people? Isn't that some sort of invasion of privacy? What I do know is that when I left the bathroom and went up front and asked the crew about it I got no comment whatsoever. They acted as f I didn't say anything and directed me to my order when I asked about it. But I did notice a man walking into the women's bathroom right after I left it and the men's bathroom was not occupied so I don't know what that was about. I don't know why she felt compelled to walk in on someone I guess she was trying to do a gotcha for a drug addict and I wonder what her reaction would have been had I actually been on the toilet. It looks like another loyal customer considering other options to me.

Went out with my babe and some friends. The order taker was very patient and didn't get a attitude when we weren't ready to order as well when we took time collecting money from everyone in the car checking the order requesting sauce and silverware one drink was missing but she fixed issues and kept a positive attitude!

Place was packed! Long slow line. And the cashier Alondra was either alone or severely short staffed. The was perfect despite all that. Great employees should be praised when they work hard to get it right no matter the situation. You rock Alondra!

Same as the last taco bell. Still good, still fast. Still fresh. And I'm still only commenting so I can say I really want them to bring the enchorito back. Please bring it back. I'll love you forever!
