Would love to give the food a higher rating but they're advertising things they don't have, it's very easy to put a 'sold out' sign rather than ignoring me at the counter to chat with a coworker and then being curt and short with me. 🤣 tipping in America has become expected... you already get paid for doing the bare minimum job. Tips are for above and beyond. Just disappointing.

Pray you don’thet Alyssa at the drive thru. She offers very little in the way of customer service. She was very unwelcoming and was almost boastful about being out of every lunch sandwich. She left me feeling like I will never return here again.

The store manager was extremely rude. When we showed up to pick up our order we heard someone say that our mobile was order was ready so we drove up. The store manager then asked if we skipped the speaker we told him no that someone said our order was ready and he said very rudely that he wasn’t talking to us and that we had to go around if the order wasn’t ready. I work in customer service and I would NEVER talk to a guest like that. Absolutely the last time we will EVER visit this location.

They are fast and friendly. It is one of the best places where I have a good interaction with the batista. The drinks were amazing and the atmosphere is relaxing. Check this spot out!

They were very nice and welcoming. I ordered an iced drink and the conversation came up about a hot drink. I mentioned that I meant to order a hot drink but ordered it cold. She was johnny on the spot to offer to make it hot for me. Sadly they were already out of the egg and cheddar protein boxes. But I definitely like this location, it's new to me, as I have recently relocated to this area.

Wow this Starbucks has a male who is extremely rude. Based on the reviews I’m assuming he is the manager. It was a male that was absolutely rude. He should not be in the position he is in. I thought I was over reacting but when I came to the reviews I see he is clearly a problem. I wonder if Starbucks will look into this. The store closed earlier than advertised and when I questioned this he went into crazy defensive mode.

Previous experiences have always been great but this time the store manager was rude and unwelcoming, he treated us horribly and blew us off when we tried to explain how we were treated by him. Will not return to this location comfortably knowing he is there.

They have the absolute cutest straw toppers here! Too bad they don’t sell them separately because I would give them all of my money (I have enough cups!!)
