For a chain restaurant they have pretty tasty burgers. We came for the sundaes that are outstanding. The staff is always friendly an appreciative of Veterans.

Worst ever. See pics. Blank receipt two foot long. Too busy to cure about customer service. The crew wasn't rude, but not all that friendly. Burgers were cold. Custard wasn't all that either. Lots of other burger joint's to choose from. Freddy's is off the list.

Omg. I had to come back and change my review from 5 stars to 1…I’d give zero if I could. Before tonight, I’ve only been for lunch…now I went for dinner with the kids and man! This place is like night and day. Night shift is complete garbage. I sat in line for more than 20 mins, thought it would be worth it but I was so wrong. Spent 40$ to get maybe half of my order. Thank goodness I checked before driving off…got nothing but eye rolls for asking for my food. Literally confused all staff members running around with their phones and air pods in, they could not keep my order straight. Even took my receipt and I never got it back. I talked to the manager on duty and I might as well said nothing. He literally disappeared without helping. Had to leave without all my food due to frustration. This was my party melt when I opened it.

Good food, fun string fries, pretty fast service, and we witnessed them having someone cleaning the tables after people left so that was nice. We also had desert there and that was great also.

I love their yummy custard! And the Steakburger tastes great. A little on the pricey side for a burger but delicious.

I only get custard from here they NEVER GIVE ME NAPKINS and the girl tonight at the window seemed to have an attitude I said thank you she didn’t even respond I ask for napkins said thank you again and still nothing

Food is good, love the fries. Place is dirty, tables not wiped down floor dirty they just don't seem to keep it clean anymore. Girl working drive-thru went on break with her rubber gloves still on never took them off came back to work never changed gloves and reached into the ice machine with the same dirty gloves on picked out ice and was throwing it at other employees, haven't been back since.

Just average for a Freddy's. All the food tasted under seasoned and seemed extra greasy today. I do recommend dipping the fries in Freddy's Fry Sauce to give them a flavor boost. Also the hot dog to bun ratio was off with way too much bun. Most of the tables also didn't look like they had been cleaned for a while and we had to clean one ourselves. Bathroom was also out of paper towels.

My friend loves the chili there. So I went Took 5 minutes for a cup of chili and struggled i with a smell of body odor, didn't give it to her because of the smell inside. Note that sometimes you should go and order inside so u can have I idea of what is happening with what you are eating. I say that because they always have a line at the window, but there isn't anyone to order food inside and watch the prep and who is doing the cooking. All employees are not clean. I'm just saying.

Car behind me in drive up honking because it took so long for order taker to take my order. Employees courteous but abrupt. Patty melt a tad too greasy. Cheese curds great, but way over priced.

Good steak burgers, good fries if you like shoe string fries, decent chicken tendies, good vibes, cool diner

Second time trying Freddy’s. The food was pretty good! The fries were great and crispy and the double cheeseburger was tasty. The Dirt n’ Worms sundae was also very good. Plenty of seating, very patient and friendly staff, and great music. Only complaint was that it was a bit dirty when I was here. Overall, worth eating at this Freddy’s in Aurora.

Food was good but the employees don't care to get orders right and argue about IF they are going to fix their mistakes. Several customers came in from drive thru with wrong orders as well as ours was wrong.

This is the nearly-perfect burger chain. The double patty melt is my favorite. Do yourself a favor if you order it - add pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes (if that's your thang.) My only wish is that the patties are thicker. But the flavors are right on - juicy and flavorful patties with the right amount of crispiness at the edges. The thin cut fries are perfectly crispy - add in the season salt and fry sauce for extra goodyness.

Great place for an old school greasy spoon meal. I was in the mood for some beef. This is the spot for that craving. I got a combo so I could try the fries. I also wanted to try the patty melt. The show string fries surprised me to be honest. The right amount of salt, crunch and softness. The patty melt was greasy but in a good way. It felt like I made it. The bread was buttery and toasty. The onions and the meat melted into the cheese. Yum. I haven't had pink lemonade in a minute so that was cute. I got fry sauce but I should've checked the ingredients before I purchased. If you get migraines we check the ingredients. I didn't try it but I took a picture so you can check the ingredients. Until next time.

Went to Freddy's and we'll the horrible customer service I was given began with attitude at the drive thru. Then I had a 15 minute with the single car in front of me. When I got half my order of 2 drinks and 2 large fries. The fries were old and cold my drinks were wrong as well. I will never go back the rude young lady and poor food quality. My dollar can be used elsewhere.

Definitely a bad experience. No straws for the drinks, no napkins, no sauces, cold fries, cold burger, see how thing is the burger I got, it’s a joke!!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was awesome, the burgers were really juicy and the concrete was also delicious.

Taste different than other burger places …a little juicy but I loved it .

The food here is always good. It's fresh and delicious! I don't care for the fries because they get cold within a minute of serving, but the burgers are amazing. I love the patty melt sandwich the most. So flavorful!
