Delicious. This is the second time we have been here and food was cooked perfect and flavor was out of this world. Staff is professional and kind. Environment is perfect. Artwork is beautiful. If you are reading this to see if you should eat here. The answer is you absolutely should.

Courteous staff checked our table often and was helpful describing menu items. The seating was spacious. The portions were large and cooked well. Our tandoori chicken might have been a tad overdone but our lamb dishes were delicious. Prices are mid range and felt about right. You should give them a try!

This is hidden gem. Absolutely awesome food, and most importantly service. This will surprise you but owner appreciate each and every guest. He will make sure everyone is happy with food and experience. This restaurant is there for over 20 years and survived pandemic. Lets make sure it will be there. We had mix tandori grill and veggie korma. Each piece of meat was fresh and prepared with heart. Highly recommended.

No longer doing buffet as of 12/28/2021. Food was absolutely delicious! The mild is pretty bland. Medium heat is just perfect, barely spicy and plenty of flavor! Even the hot isn't that spicy. Mango lassi is super tasty, we ordered a whole gallon! The lam. Biryani is sooo good and so is the chicken tikki masala, and of course, the naan is always amazing. Staff was super nice!

There’s a reason the reviews for this place are so great. Food was inexpensive, service was spectacular, and everything tasted AMAZING! Top 3 Indians restaurants I’ve ever been to. I’ll come back to Denver just for this place!!

Some of the best Indian food I've ever had. Waitstaff was amazing. Friendly and extremely helpful. Great simple menu. No buffet as pictured, but it didn't matter. Great portions and delicious. Hope to get a chance to eat here again.

Took my mother, younger sister, and baby that my mom watches. Service was spectacular! My mom kept questioning why it was taking a bit long for our order. I told her patience is a virtue of life and that she would be pleasantly surprised. Did not disappoint, and beyond 🙌 😍 🍛😋 delicious = FANTASTIC!!

I’m usually pretty harsh on my reviews of food places. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about Star of India. My waiter was Erick and he was genuinely nice and very attentive. His recommendations were very helpful and spot-on. The food was awesome and the inside of the restaurant was impeccably clean. I’m definitely going to make this a regular restaurant to visit from now on.

Absolutely Amazing!!!!!! The food is something special, it is the best Indian food around. The flavors are complex, well balanced, and make you want to come back for more. The atmosphere is beautiful and classy but very comfortable. The staff are all so pleasant and lovely. They genuinely care and treat you as if you're family. You are missing out if you don't come and enjoy all The Star of India has to offer!

I've only been here a few times but Star if India has never disappointed me or anyone else in my party. The Naan comes in like 6 different flavor profiles which add a nice kick to any meal and the Tandoori is some of the best in the business, delicious and creamy with the perfect amount of seasoning and heat. If you feel like trying Indian food for the first time or you're a seasoned veteran of the subcontinents fantastic fair I would recommend stopping by Star of India and see what you've been missing.

this restaurant is an amazing restaurant with extremely friendly owners and a very nice quiet, so though, and enchanting atmosphere. Me and my boyfriend went out to eat for Indian food last night and we were looking around for restaurants to go to. We happen to stumble to this restaurant who happen to have had a buffet. Even though it's new advertisers that there's a buffet on the Google Maps here there is indeed not. But that was okay because the owner of the restaurant had actually been able to talk to us and showed us the menu of what they had to offer. They had extremely reasonable prices at their Curry being $18 per dish with rice. The service and customer quantity service was exceptional especially with the owner having to go around and talk to all the other customers as well as us. The owner was exceptional in his quality of care for the restaurant ensuring that all who dine are satisfied! we had an awesome chat with the owner and he even gave us extra bread as a to go home part for how much we enjoyed the restaurant. They're coconut curry was on point with actual coconut shavings and their shrimp was extremely tender not open cooked whatsoever. I absolutely love the food they ate and it was probably the most delicious Indian food I've ever had. Our waiter was extremely patient and also super on task with our customer service to ensure that we had the water, understanding, and support for our meals. He was always on time in between our dining session asking if we need anything but not being overly sensitive about it. He always left with a huge smile and even did really cool glass and water tricks as a show-off which we both really enjoyed a lot. This dining experience was exceptional and I have really enjoyed my time being a restaurant. I will absolutely come back again considering that they have been open for over 30 years. The owner even told stories about how he had those customers eating there now having to eat here for at least 20 more or so years and I hope to be part of that same experience for how long this Russia has been running. Such an amazing experience and thank you so much for this awesome dining Indian food.

This is our favorite Indian restaurant for Indian food. Their food is always pleasing to us. Very good portion and the staffs are friendly. The owner comes around to say hi to their diners and made sure they satisfies their diners needs. Highly recommended.👍👍

Great food. Great service. This is the kind of place that makes me want to lick the plate, it’s so good! …and not just because I’m a pig. Fresh, piping hot, flavorful food and very pleasant staff.

This restaurant was amazing! Isabella was my server. I believe she goes by Izzy, she was very nice and so helpful. It was my first time there and I asked her what she'd recommend, without hesitation she told me about the shrimp korma snd recommended it. She wasn't wrong! She gave me other suggestions but she said it was her favorite and I can see why. The shrimp korma was very flavorful, rice was great too. She asked if I'd like the kabuli naan as it would compliment the shrimp korma well. I did have it, and she was right again. I also had a cold chai tea, which was delicious. It was on the sweeter side, so if you don't like a very sweet drink, you may want to ask if it can be made with less sweetness. Food came out fast and tasted very freash. Very nice atmosphere. Must stop if you're in the mood for Indian food! Don't miss out! This is definitely a whole in the wall that you have to try! Ask for Izzy she is very knowledgeable about the food and will be very helpful.

They no longer have buffet. Mango lassi was really good. The Lamb Rogan Josh was okay. It can be better. The stuff were friendly. Clean environment. Won’t mind going again.

Oh, em gosh! My husband and I have been on the hunt for a good Indian restaurant for a while. We happened to strike up a conversation with Gar while in line at Costco a few weeks back and found out he owns this lovely spot. We finally stopped in, and I'm telling you, we were NOT disappointed! The restaurant is beautiful. The staff is friendly and wonderful. The food.....I couldn't stop the yummy noises the entire meal. My husband and I have agreed that we will never eat at another Indian restaurant ever again. This place is the best!

They are the best, We only had one dish, but it was enough for us to judge the taste of the whole restaurant. Our welcome and the reception were warm. they catered for even the smallest out of our needs. They made a special dish for us, that wasn’t even included in the menu. Would definitely recommend it.
