The staff here are incredibly friendly and they have never messed my order. The coffee is delicious and the other drinks are tasty. Plus the selection gives you the chance to try something different every time. The line can get long but it does move fast. Best coffee in town in my opinion. The family, myself, and my friends will go here for beverages over anywhere else.

The staff here and the coffee are consistently amazing! I had a really bad experience in Arizona and was hesitant to give Dutch Bros a second try but this location really impressed me and we were there everyday of our stay in Colorado. The staff are super friendly and the drinks are consistent in taste, flavor, and quality! Thank you to the guy (sorry I didn’t get your name) who also recommended North Cheyenne Canon for one of our hikes!

Awesome service. Caramelizer with whipped cream today and an Americano. Drinks were the best! Service was quick and friendly. My pup always goes nuts when she sees Chi. She barks till she figures out if she is there. She loves everyone there because they are always good to her. My dog is a Dutch Bros dog for sure. Very pet friendly business. Easy walk up access. Kid friendly too. Great drinks!

Love the service here, wish I wasn’t an addict of Dutch bros coffee! They should have their lane for the order all cone up, like let their customers know where to pull up/in to orders! Not just walk up and tell us that the order lane is in the middle, when you were there already! Then realized that there were lines of cars already started, and you pulled up behind them! And you get told to move back to where you started! Now you’re behind like four/five other cars that was supposed to be behind you!!!

Took 38 minutes to get to the window when there was only 5 cars in front of me they refused to walk and do the line like every other Dutch Will not be coming to the Dutch bros ever again rather drive 15 minutes back-and-forth because that's what I'd be doing anyway. All they do is talk to the customers that are at the window for excessive amounts of time.

I love the Agua Berry Green Tea and the lemon muffin top pastry. We don't go to Dutch Bros. That often, but when we do it's a treat.

I am a huge fan of Dutch bros. I’ve been to many around Colorado Springs. The garden of the gods location is bar far the slowest and laziest Dutch ever. I got in the line at 7:35am. No one outside taking orders. 9 cars in front of me, 3 cars left. I got to the window and chatty Cathy in her coral and blue Dutch jacket was too busy flapping her gums with the others making drinks instead of helping to make the drinks. I got my drink @ 8:10 should never take that long! I’ve been in lines longer than that and on colder days and people are always outside taking orders my wait is always 10 mins! Garden of the gods location is always 30+ mins with less cars. Do better garden of the gods.

Just a heads up, make sure to get in the only correct of their 3 extremely vaguely defined lines. Any of the other 2 and you’ll have to go back around after not moving for 20 minutes. Figure this out, for real. I shouldn’t have to play a game of dice to see if I’m actually waiting in line. Dublin Dutch Bros makes this one look like a bunch of clowns.

Very interesting spot - I'd describe it as nontraditional with a bit of organized chaos thrown in for a little razzle dazzle. The servers are friendly, the music is loud, and they seem to really enjoy what they do. I was referred to this place by a young lady whose coffee looked AHHMAZZINNGGG. She happily told me how she no longer goes to Starbucks and her drink was the 911, which contains 6 shots of caffeine and is not for the faint of heart. So, I decided to try them out. First, it's not a real "sit down" place. There's one little seating area/sitting bench where you can chill while you wait/enjoy your drink. But, it's really more of a drive-thru setup. Second, they have a variety of options that looked super interesting but, since I didn't want to drink coffee at 3 in the afternoon, I opted for their frozen salted caramel chai (wait, does chai have caffeine?). The drink itself was super refreshing and lightly flavored with the right amount of sweetness. So much so, I'm thinking about coming back tomorrow to try something else.

First time going to a Dutch Bros and it was an incredible experience. The employee who was outside with the tablet taking orders was so helpful when I was there on 2/5/23. I had no idea what to order and she made a suggestion that I loved which was a cold brew with some chocolate and hazelnut. I forgot the exact name of it but I really enjoyed it! Definitely has been better than my Starbucks experiences and it wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet, and still had that bold coffee flavor.

Banana cream pie freeze was a great treat on a beautiful, sunny, spring day. A highlight on a day full of errands! I was asked if I wanted expresso in my drink and I said that I would. Couldn't taste any coffee in the drink at all. 🤷‍♂️

Overall, this location is great. Nice people, very friendly. My dog can be crazy but they know him there and don’t freak out if he barks. Drinks are always great. Only downside is the couple times I’ve seen a really long drive through line, I’ve thought “it has to be much faster if I go up to the window” but every single time I’ve tried walking up to the window, it’s taken much longer than 10 minutes. I think I’ve done it 4 different times and the first time was 25 minutes, second time was 20, third time was 25 again and the last time is actually right now. I’m standing at the window and the lady in front of me when I walked up had to wait 35+ minutes for 3 drinks, I’ve so far been standing here in 27 degree weather and it’s been 18 minutes as of now. I order 2 iced drinks.. every other thing about this location is great, I just don’t think it’s worth walking up to the window if you don’t have 30 minutes to spare. Even if the drive through line wraps around the parking lot, I would not recommend walking up to the window. I’m writing this review not to be snarky or hate on this coffee shop.. I am just hoping maybe somebody sees it who is able to change the way it works here. If there’s a yellow car that is last in line, when I walk up to the window, then when the yellow car is leaving the drive through with their drink, I should be getting my drink next at the window.. it doesn’t make sense that the window drink takes so much longer than where I would be if I was in the drive through line..Again, everything else is amazing, but the walk up window is absolutely ridiculous. Any more than 10, possibly 15 minutes and something isn’t right and should be fixed. Edit: it ended up taking 32 minutes, but today they actually know me and apologized for the long wait, which is appreciated. I will continue to come here basically every day for my coffee, I just won’t walk up to the window unless I’m in NO rush and it’s a nice day out..

This morning I went to this specific location. There were 4-5 people working in the stand. When I arrived, there were 8 cars in front of me at 7:48AM. When I got my drinks, it was 8:28AM. 40 minutes. For 2 drinks. That’s absolutely ridiculous! I looked at the time for drinks on the clock in the stand and my drinks took 6 minutes to make. They also sat on the counter behind the girl at the window for 3 minutes as I watched her talk to her coworkers. We frequent this stand and they are consistently slow. It’s not just today. Something needs to change with the workers here. There is no sense of urgency or efficiency.

The workers are super friendly and our drinks were REALLY tasty. We both ordered medium sizes and we were expecting them to be smaller, so that's always a good surprise to have - getting more for your money ☺️ The only thing that's less than ideal, which seems to be the case at all Dutch Bros locations, is the line. It takes about 10+ mins to get your order... so you've got to plan ahead before you go. Another thing to note is that they do give pup cups! Our dog Mochi loved the pup cup she got (whipped cream and 2 dog biscuits on top).

I just started getting into dutch bros I like the green tea. I ask for it sweet 3 scoops of sugar and sometimes I'll say 4 scoops. And I rarely get it. It taste like someone just dipped the tea bag in water and handed it off. Some of the staff is friendly and talkative and some are just straight to the point and some act like they don't want to be there. Anyway I'd just like my tea to be sweet when I ask for it

My GF loves this place, I don't drink coffee. Long lines for overpriced burnt bean water. Everyone is always nice though, and a little too peppy for how early it is

Went through the drive through, but had issues logging in to my account, so I had to reset my password... While I was in line!! I knew I had a free coffee, so I was grateful when they let me pull up to the window and scan my app when my drink was ready, after I finally got logged in, so I didn't hold up the line. Thanks guys!

So everyone rants and raves about this place. So I wanted to try it. But it was awful! The coffee tasted like burnt coffee beans. Yuck. Worst coffee I've ever had! I had the coffee that is called the White Chocolate Lavender blend. There was certainly no taste of either flavor. All I tasted was way over cooked coffee beans . If I could give it zero stars I would! After spending as much money as I did on such a God awful coffee I'll never return.

I love Dutch ❤️ one of the drinks I like is the candy cane freeze with picture perfect which is the Carmel and chocolate syrup drizzled inside the cup

I am usually not one to write a review, but my experience at this location today was ridiculous. I get in line (long as usual) with limited time before my class started. The girl approached my window without greeting me and asked what I wanted. I told her what kind of chai I wanted and she proceeded to roll her eyes and give me an attitude saying she has never heard of the drink I was requesting. I understand if its something this location may not be familiar with, which is completely fine, but the eye roll and attitude was completely unnecessary. I ended up ordering something else, which is no problem for me. She then asked me how many shots of espresso I wanted in my chai, and I was confused by that so I just asked for whatever they usually put in the drink. She then proceeded to rudely tell me that each shot is $0.70 each. Umm ok? She made it sound like that was some huge factor that played into me ordering this drink. I just wanted the drink, I'm going to be paying either way considering this drink requires espresso shots said by her. I end up paying for my large chai, and get up to the window not only to just not be greeted but to also receive the completely wrong drink (a coffee) in a smaller size. This location completely wasted my time considering I had to turn around and drive all the way back for the drink I actually paid for. Don't waste your time here, starbucks has never done me this bad.

This Dutch Bros location is not the normal standard. The girl taking the order didn’t appear to know what she was doing and the wait was 20 minutes at the walk-up. The staff were rude, got 2 out of the 4 drinks wrong, and made us wait an additional 10 minutes to correct it. They even argued that the drinks were correct when I know they were not (I get the same drink everyday). In addition, one of the drinks has to be sugar free for health reasons and they used the sugar syrup. This staff needs training and some customer service skills. Go to the Hwy 24/21st location, they are consistently great and never rude!

Love my Dutch crew!!! My husband and I drive by every Saturday to get our weekly fix, and some weeks (like Wednesday of this week) we do an extra coffee day. It isn't just the coffee that keeps us coming back, though it is THE BEST, and very accommodating for folks like me who need to watch their sugar since they have MANY sugar free flavors. I start my days with Dutch when I really need a pick me up. That isn't just for the energy the caffeine provides, I know everyone here well and love them all so much. They always make me smile and feel great in the morning. I can't wait for tomorrow so I can go down and see my people. Side note, I lived around the corner from this shop. I moved earlier this year and there are 2 other shops closer to where I am now, but I still visit this location every time and never intend to change that.

The staff at Discount Tire pointed me in the direction of great coffee while I had time to wait for new tires being installed. I walked across the busy street and found the Dutch Bros Coffee kiosk and had a most delicious vanilla late with terrific customer service. Employees are friendly, smiling, and fast as they can be, considering there were cars backed up to the street waiting to order coffee or tea. 5 Thumbs Up for this coffee spot.

Ever since the first time I tried the luscious nector from the gods, Dutch Bros has never failed me. No matter the variations and combinations my pallette desired, it is always the perfect blend and flavor. Of course you don't get to experience any of that without the awesome Broistas. Everyone of them is as inviting and ready to brew your creations as the next. This company is Second to NO ONE.

I went through here this morning and my total was $14.42 they were taking payments through the window not the tablet like usual. I was not asked if I wanted to tip and didn’t think anything about it I just checked my account and the girl tipped herself $2 Im so mad there is no local number to call and the main number says they are busy and can’t take my call I’m going to make this a big deal they need to check every transaction because I believe they are doing this all day

It has been a long time since i have been to a Dutch Bros because they dont have them where i live. What a great experience! The worker in the booth was super friendly and gave great recommendations. And then oncecwe placed our order she just chatted with us. Asking how our day was, what we were doing. It was super fun to feel like you mattered to them. They just wanted to help us have a good day

So good!! Only my second time ever having Dutch Bros and I must say, I far prefer it over Starbucks. My drink was bigger, tastier, and cheaper than my typically SBucks order, though the line was a bit slower due to their extreme popularity. The barista who took our order was so fun and sociable and gave us great advice on things to do in the area. She even wrote a sweet note on my lid! Wish we had these in Texas because of how wonderful the experience and drinks were.

Great experience and very friendly and efficient. They had a person taking orders from the cars and paying if with a card. We got a medium cocomo, kids apple smoothie, small coffee with coconut milk and a medium golden eagle. Very flavorful! Great price....$16 with tip!!!! The people working were all super nice and friendly. I will be going back before I leave in the next 2 weeks.
