Here at the Broomfield location and needed to have my ring cleaned and inspected. Trying to do it before the holidays. We walked in during the afternoon and to our surprise the inspection and retail teams were able to do the cleaning and re-dip my ring right away. Such a convenient and pleasant experience. I received some rings that belonged my mother. They were dirty and pretty beat up (well loved). I took the to Jared's in Westminster to be cleaned and repaired. Christina got them fixed up and looking like new again. My aunt and daughters will be super happy to have these passed along to them. Had a great experience with Cheri who was so patient with my as I tried to get a new band to replace the band on my engagement ring after prongs broke. She went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with the replacement so that it looked as my original ring looked. Very thankful for her patience and understanding.

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about Karen. She helped me pick out a gorgeous pair of earrings for my upcoming wedding. I get worried visiting jewelry stores due to not wanting to be talked into a price way above my budget, but Karen exceeded my expectations. Not only did I feel like she heard me and understood me, but I felt 100% comfortable with her, and felt like I was talking with a close family member. Had my first and last experience at Jared. I did thorough research to find a place to get my wedding ring rhodium plated and fused together, and Jared had decent reviews. So, I went with my rings and told them exactly what I needed, only to come back and see my ring fused completely backwards. They’re lucky my wedding wasn’t for a few more days, but this was just a major inconvenience, and I received no empathy or apology for their mistake. Now, I’m concerned about my ring, and even though they fixed the issue, I don’t trust that they didn’t swap out my diamonds or some nonsense. Usually when you make a mistake with something as important as a wedding ring, you fix the problem and make sure the customer knows that you’re apologetic. Overall, I will not be back here, and very dissatisfied with their customer service.

I had a family heirloom customized. Christina was very helpful and her communication was great. Jamie was the jeweler that worked on the piece and it turned out fantastic! Better than I imagined.

Store is lovely, service is fast and friendly. Kristina (Christina?) helped me out by cleaning my engagement ring, and even took the time to polish up an extremely tarnished old ring inherited from a family member. The rings look great!

Amanda was wonderful! I walked in very unsure that I’d be able to make my vision a reality- or to be honest- I wasn’t sure I had a vision. Amanda patiently waited as I worked through some ideas and gently helped me make decisions that led to the PERFECT wedding band set- so much better and happier than I could have imagined!!
