This team is absolutely amazing! They have been so good in every way!! I’m a frequent shopper (even though lately it’s been more “window shopping”) so the product speaks for itself, everything is just dazzling, and I haven’t met an associate I didn’t like!!! They bend over backwards to try to get you the best deal and they treat you like a personal friend each time you go in!!!! 5 star experience all the way!!!!!

When we came in the store someone said they would be with us. 15 minutes passed and no one even attempted to help us. But helped everyone else that came in. There was another gentleman in the store (a person of color as well)waiting as well just as long as us and he eventually left. We asked a heavy set lady with dark hair for help and she said someone will be with us. We waited 5 mins and still no help. They’re very racist at this location.

Janeen made our experience amazing! Husband bought a watch at the Kay Outlet. Something happened that it fell and broke the spring-loaded rod out. I brought it to Kay's Outlet, where we purchased it. The ladies working all tried to fix it, but had to send out for repairs. They called told me about the issue. They sent it off for repairs. They did an incredible job, and Amanda was so sweet in keeping us updated. Highly recommend Kay Outlet.

Janeen is the best! When an issue happened with a ring we had purchased, she went out of her way to get me a new one. When it still didn't work for me she went out of her way to find me something that I would love to replace it. She was patient and understanding and spend a lot of time with us! I found a diamond was carbonated, turned black, after less than a year. So I called the store to see if they could help to fix the problem. But they ask me to pay double the price to trade in this one and get another one but this time they say they could guarantee the quality, how ridiculous that sounds?

Walked in no one greeted me. I figured that they were busy w/other customers... even though I could hear an employee on the phone gossiping. Maybe they were on break ? So I proceed to browse. A non ethnic party comes in and they greet and ask them how can they help. The other staff told the woman I was there 1st and she looked at me... said she thought I was with another party? and still helped the new group. So tired if the racism in this world. I wanted to spend my money here but will not be back.

One of my best experience with a Kay's Jewelry employee "Grace" and let's not forget her manager. Shout out to Grace, you and your manager were so patient with my husband and especially me. As a sales person you want to work with is GRACE, she is the to go person! She is knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and everything you want! I came on Black Friday 2021 and the staff was super helpful and very patient with me! They have a lot to choose from! I had to return the item due to unforeseen circumstances in my financial status and everything went fine with the refund…I had the receipt, etc. the item was in perfect condition. I thought, no problem! What I didn’t like was Comenity Bank (which is the bank for the Kay/Zales/Helzberg jewelers) charged me for interest and then charged me for the interest on top of that interest and it was just such B.S.! It was the only item I have ever gotten with that credit card and I had it less than a week!!!!!!! I am never ever ever going to use my Kay/Jared card again and Comenity Bank is a P.O.S.

I could tell she really cared and gave her best effort on a couple of tricky ones I had, and offered to send them out for me for the ones that she couldn't get open. I normally don’t do this, but I’m very disappointed in Kay Jewelers. First, when I got my engagement ring and band, we had amazing service! Now I feel the employees are not trained properly, I even had a manger tell me my ring size wouldn’t change when we put together my band and ring, it completely changed the size, I went back and when I told them my ring doesn’t fit anymore, I got blank stares. I decided to resize the ring, and they assured me it would be rushed service. Nope, still taking forever and now knowing their “shop” is local, doesn’t make any sense. The man on the phone was absolutely rude, very unprofessional and had no customer service. I was simply checking in the status of my ring, he said “well if we didn’t call, it’s not here!” Our anniversary is coming up and I told my husband no more jewelry from here. We are not high maintenance, but would love to have the warm and welcome service we had when we first started going here. From then, we will be taking our jewelry business elsewhere.
