Your asset protection security is out of control. I shouldn't have to squeeze between the managers to look at the basketball shoes. Also, the store manager looks lazy when he's camped out on the phone at the end of the shoe aisle, and there's a Mexican dude that tries to start confrontations with you by coming up to your area and just staring. Not a good environment, just close this place down if you guys are having theft issues because you're taking out your aggressions on innocent people in the community. Also the female assistant manager I'm guessing follows you into the aisles and gets like two feet behind you. I know you guys know you're doing this stuff here so don't deny it. Need to take this dollar store behavior to your hood.

Absolutely love this store. Sometimes it’s a huge hit and sometimes you don’t find as much but all in all they have amazing items for great prices!

Not much selection prices same or worse then retail stores and customer service horrible asked if I can dispose of a cup and employee stated theres a trash can outside while the trash can was clearly underneath his register. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Love coming here when I need a new pair of Nikes. The prices are great, they have a good selection, and it never takes me like to find what I need. They’re staffed well so if you need help, it’s easy to find someone. We went on a Saturday afternoon. As of 4/24 they’re still limiting the number of people inside the store at one time so a line forms outside, but it moved very quickly. There were at least 10-15 groups of people in front of us and I think we waited less than 15 minutes. There’s also a sanitizing station within the store.

I recieved wonderful service from Miss Gaby and Mr Gerald at the Nike outlet. I love this store and the selection they offer. We will be back😍

Yesterday I decided to look into a Nike store in the Castle Rock outlet. The attitude towards customers when you walk in and the sellers do not notice you and live their lives. It feels like they come to work to show themselves. But definitely not in order to spend your energy on buyers. I had to squeeze between the manager and the seller, and they just don't see you point-blank.

Malik was awesome. came into the store really indecisive and he helped me narrow down some choices and also gave me the 411 on a discount they had going on that helped me save more money and make my choice easier. Fantastic customer service !

Come on it's an outlet store. You come here for the deals not the hot new item. As far as selection goes, if I actually lived in castle rock, I'd bring my kids here weekly just to see what's available. But I still think I'd be disappointed in their selection on a regular. It's a little sad when the staff is telling you to shop online for what you want instead of recommending something from the store's selection. But hey if you like Nike then you'll probably settle for something here. I just thought there would be a larger selection of shoes.

I went here with my best friend to go shopping. It has all the Nike you will ever need. It is very renovated, like it looks almost futuristic inside. The back is dedicated to shoes, and I tried on some basic Jordan 1s. The workers are very chill and young. They also have fitting rooms and more.

Going here is always a hit or miss, mostly miss due to being a size 13. The staff, though, are great and quick with their services. The sales are even great. When I do purchase, though, each did is at least less than $50. I highly recommend shopping here.

They had a good sale for memorial day!. I got a very good deal. Employees were nice ,and helpful too.

The Nike outlet always has some type of sale, and they have a good selection of children, women, and men, shoes, and clothes.

I love this store and the people that work here. They are so helpful and kind. I found the best pair of black fleece sweats recently. I wish they had it in every color because they are so cozy and warm. My dogs love the material so much as they’re fighting to lay on it.

Good prices, great selection. The place was a zoo because back to school shoppers, but the line moved very quickly and the staff worked efficiently.

Fletcher (cashier) was so rude to my fiancé’ and I! He kept sighing everytime we asked him a question, he was not practicing active listening and we noticed that we did not receive the 30 percent off of our order!!! Horrible customer service!

Just do it. This is a great Nike Outlet store. The have a wide array of Nike shoes including a large clearance section. The shop is modern and we'll designed. The lines can get long but they do a great job at moving people through the rush.

Lots of good options here. Military discount available here. Service was very good. Staff were very helpful, we were helped by Ryan and he seemed to be an alright chap!

Troy went above & beyond to help my family get the shoes they needed for sports! We asked a man before him for help who was bother by us asking for assistance. Thankfully Troy asked if he could help us out! What a blessing he was Saturday!!! Thank you Troy, for your exceptional customer service & compassions for our needs as we visited your store!!!! I would've paid more bc you really treated us well! We need more people like you in this world!!!

Service is terrible. The line has 10 people in it, and they’re taking their sweet time chatting and hanging one pant for 5 min. I work in retail as well, I understand that everyone is understaffed, but you can call in someone for help when you have so many people waiting. Unacceptable
