Dr Claudia Lopez is the best doctor I ever had. She is so in tune to me as a patient and has a listening ear and she explains things that are easy to understand. She is thorough and never in a hurry to get out of the room to the next. She has always given me “emergency” authorizations for another doctor as quick as she possibly could, which is usually in 24 hours. The staff is very professional, organized and friendly. My sister is now Dr Lopez’s doctor as well. I appreciate my doctor so much.

Dr. Lopez is the best, she is always going above and beyond and is just a great person on top of being a fantastic physician. Her entire staff are also so helpful and unlike most other offices they actually answer the phone and return messages every time! I've had multiple other primary care physicians and Dr Lopez and the entire staff are by far the greatest and they actually care about their patients! I could go on and on but you get my point. Without Dr Lopez and her staff I would not be anywhere close to getting my life back instead of being a victim to my medical issues. I am so grateful to every single person in her office and I'll never forget all they do for me.

I truly had a great first experience with DR Lopez! It felt like she genuinely cared to get to know my health history which I appreciated deeply. I didn’t feel rushed in any way and I am so happy to have found a doctor who cares. I feel that I am in good hands.

Dr Lopez is very caring, loving, compassionate, knowledgeable, I’m with her since she was at her residency training program, which is over 10 years and I recommend to all my family members and relatives, she is an amazing with high morality Doctor! my appointment was at 12 and i showed up at 11:40 and was called in by 11:46 and seeing the doctor by 11:55. extremely fast service. she was super attentive and took the time to answer my questions. I went in for a simple concern and felt validated and reassured. I have follow up tests and results that I will be waiting for but overall Claudia and Pomona Valley in La Verne treated me well and efficiently
