I saw Dr Claire Owen and she was amazing! The out of pocket fee was only $11 - also amazing! Unfortunately while I was waiting I felt very worried as most of the people in the waiting area were not wearing masks. I was there for a condition that puts me in a vulnerable group for COVID. It's probably hard for the staff to police mask wearing (though one patient asked reception if they needed to put their mask on, and the response was no..), but maybe you could provide some outdoor seating for people to wait outside if they prefer?

I've been searching for a new medical practice since moving to Melbourne 6+ months ago and was recommended Inner North by a friend. They offer an excellent range of services and the doctors take their time with any issue. The reception staff are lovely + friendly, and not the mention the space itself is beautiful! Happy to have found this clinic!

I saw Dr Claire Owen for my initial antenatal care and I’d recommend her to anyone. She is knowledgeable, thorough and has a lovely gentle approach. The booking system is handy and reception staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The best GP clinic I have ever been to. Highly recommend all the doctors and a special shout to Dr Jessie Rucker - she made me feel very comfortable and well cared for during our consultations.

Receptionist was rather rude and unhelpful over the phone when I ask for my blood test result to be sent through to me and my specialist. My GP usually sent through my blood result to me with a quick note about my thyroid function, and if she wasn't there another GP would usually do the same. Now they want us to rebook the appointment just to get a blood test result, spending another 90 bucks for something they can just send quickly over email!!

I went to the clinic for the first time on Friday, I saw Dr Anne Opperman, and was pleasantly surprised by how much she listened, trusted my understanding of my own body and understood social determinants of health. I went away feeling listened to and respected. Which should be a given but isn’t always. And even better she has given me tools to manage a health issue that a whole range of GPs and specialists have not been able to do anything about. I would recommend Anne to anyone but especially women and people in larger bodies who feel they have been disrespected in other medical settings.

Felt I needed to try a new GP. Booking was quick and easy, reception polite and helpful. And the GP made a great impression. I'm now moving over from my previous clinic. That the facilities looks like anything other than your usual clinic and rather more like a warm welcoming spa, adds to making me feel welcome and good about it.

I had an appointment this morning at Inner North Medical Clinic with Dr Leila Radfar , everything was as usual excellent . From reception to consultation it was really welcoming. On time ,great consultation with really important information given out . It is a safe and welcoming environment which I would highly recommend.

I was able to get in at short notice with an appointment on the same day; and it that wasn't enough, I got to see dr. Leila who is an absolute beacon of positivity. She is incredibly thorough, friendly and efficient. I literally felt better from seeing her!!! Highly recommend the practice and Dr. Leila for all your health and wellbeing concerns.

I left my old GP to come here on my cousin's recommendation. I didn't think this sort of care existed anymore. Yeli was incredible. I didn't feel rushed and she listened and we made a plan. My last doctor, when I could no longer walk on my osteoarthritic knees, just told me to keep taking panadol. I organised my own knee replacement and will not go back there. Yeli is my new wonderful GP ✨️

Booked in for an iron infusion and the service from the get go was first class. Very user friendly online booking system which I followed up with the very friendly, knowledgable and professional reception staff. The clinic itself is very pleasant with a lovely ambiance and decor more fitting for a day spa. I didn't see a doctor but the nurse was amazing. She was thorough, clearly knew her stuff and super efficient. Overall, I was very impressed with InnerNorth Medical Clinic and highly recommend.

Came here for an iron infusion which was completed within 30 minutes - so fast! The venue is really nice and clean. There was no wait time and the staff that I encountered were all caring and polite.

I've only ever had great experiences at this clinic. Nurses, doctors and reception team are all incredible and take time to listen and make you feel really cared for. Highly recommend!

I presented with an ear abscess and in a lot of pain at opening time without an appointment. Dr Owen saw me and treated me straight away. Thoroughly professional and compassionate. Cannot recommend the service l received highly enough.

I normally don't leave poor reviews although I felt compelled in this case as it was the good reviews below that encouraged me to book in. I went to this GPs office following auto-immune symptoms, some of them serious. The GP I saw from outset stated that there would be no point investigating as auto-immune issues are hard to identify. At the end of the session he stated I needed ' a good night's sleep' which was the point where I suspected I had wasted my money. The GP charged more than double my regular GP, though was less knowledgeable and certainly displayed less care. He referred me to a physician and ordered blood tests which I insisted on, he said he would contact back if any of the results where noteworthy. Some levels were elevated though I did not receive a call, also the physician he referred me to was not taking on new patients, so I'm exactly where I started after a $180 charge for 20 minutes (about half was rebated). I didn't enjoy having my health minimised, receiving no follow up and then being charged double what I would normally pay. Just a warning to anyone expecting better.

Was there recently for an iron infusion. All was well enough (love the gender neutral toilet!) but a bit concerned that I wasn’t asked if I had any medical allergies (I had to bring it up and notify them) and also the iron dosage wasn’t discussed. Luckily I caught it halfway through the procedure and was able to amend the dosage to my needs. Otherwise a good experience.

Greeted by helpful knowledgeable staff. Waited about 30 seconds and was called in for my appointment. I was a new patient and My doctor was great. I immediately felt comfortable and was given excellent medical advice and treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending inner north medical clinic for any of your medical needs.

I recently saw Dr Callan Rauchfuss and just need to say that he is such a lovely human that made me feel very comfortable and seen during my booking. I normally don't pay to see a doctor due to income but if you are in a pinch it is so worth it to go see him. I would absolutely recommend going to see Dr Callan. 10/10.

I rang this clinic wanting to confirm whether or not Dorevitch Pathology Brunswick East is located within their premises because it appears they share the same address. After patiently waiting for 17 mins hoping someone would attend to my call whilst listening to that atrocious music playing in the background, I decided to hang up. Good luck getting through to this clinic, especially if you have a general enquiry. Imagine how difficult it must be for your patients or other medical staff when trying to contact your practice for various reasons.

Inner north medical clinic is very professionally run and the doctors are younger than other clinics have been to, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The clinic itself is beautifully appointed very clean and welcoming. Reception staff are also extremely friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation and recommending this clinic to anyone, all my experiences here have been only positive.

I find this clinic very professional, all staff & doctors provide a high level of care. Nice enrivonment. Very thorough service. A little pricier than some other clinics but definitely worth it

Dr Owen knows what he is talking about when it comes to Tranas Health care, It's such a huge relief to meet a doctor who can listen with empathy and compassion and is willing to work with you , you as the person of lived experience. Practice has great modern decor.

Staffs always welcoming and felt like a safe space. Everyone's lovely which is probably the reason to the only down side which is a lot of the Drs get quite busy and you need to book at least 5days in advance .

My first visit to my new doctor, l was so impressed. It’s a fantastic clinic with a great feel to it and Dr Martin is fantastic, very thorough and welcoming. A great experience, definitely my permanent new doctor’s clinic.

This is by far the best clinic and the best service I have ever received visiting a GP. The clinic possess such a tranquil and peaceful atmospehere. The interior design is soothing and out of the ordinary, but overall the doctor's attention and the kindness of the staff are the highlight.

His prompt response to my concerns showed just how much he values his patients' health. Love this clinic!! It's clear the entire team operate with genuine passion for the community and intentional care. The standard services are complimented by an additional clinic which has made accessing physio, skin checks etc super smooth and easy - all under one roof. The venue is gorgeous and the news and updates are genuinely informative. Overall, I just didn't think I'd ever be so stoked with a doctors' clinic or find myself feeling so comfortable and supported when sick and vulnerable. Couldn't possibly recommend this team any higher - go there.

Just had my first (long) appointment with Dr Louisa Martin who I had heard good things about, as I was looking for a new regular GP. I explained my medical history and my boundaries. She was really respectful of both and I was confident in her knowledge regarding my concerns and issues. All in all excellent. Medicare processed on the spot, easy appointment bookings and I love that the clinic policy is to send you copies of all tests and investigations - knowledge is power and this allows one to take a really empowered approach to their own health. The start of a long doctor patient relationship I hope!

They made a good impression but I'm left very confused. My first appointment here, I was given a care plan with relevant scripts pending the outcome of a blood test. Told the scripts would be issued and care plan enacted upon receipt of test results. Reasonably urgent. 2 weeks later and I have still had no follow up - I have called the clinic to explain this and they told me I will need to make another appointment if I want to know anything about my test results/how to proceed with the plan which I though I had already paid for. So not sure what the first ($150) appointment achieved. Won't be hurrying back.

I received an iron infusion here today, and had a great experience. Hayley was an extremely experienced, calm nurse and I felt very comfortable. The receptionist staff were also lovely too. It’s a great, friendly feeling, beautifully set up space.

The admin staff, nurse and doctors are all incredible. Dr Owen is a wonderful specialist and I feel so very safe in his care. The team make sure I am looked after and being a medical professional myself, I can’t recommend this practice enough. Thank you.

Excellent service. Dr Manze was thorough and explained everything well. In the past I've generally visited whichever bulk billed doctor is available nearby but in my opinion the service and continuity of care at Inner North is well worth the out of pocket fee. Also worth noting I think I had a 30min consult, which is longer than any bulk billed GP I've visited. This will be my regular GP going forward.

Having newly moved to the neighborhood and new to the Australian healthcare system in general, I feel fortunate to be within walking distance to this practice. So far, I have seen 3 different doctors here and had excellent experiences. They were all competent, compassionate, and thorough. I felt heard and my concerns addressed. Kudos to the front of house team as well, always so professional and responsive. It really shows when someone enjoys what they do, is a respected member of the team and part of a positive work environment. The space itself is well lit, inviting and comfortable. Pathology is on site.

Really caring team, I have seen multiple doctors and allied health professionals at this clinic and they are a high quality service that takes the time to really explore what's going on and assist you. All have been very knowledgeable and proactive about any issues with both mine and my infant sons health. All referrals received have been to high quality services also. The reception and nursing staff are also very caring and friendly too. They are a very welcoming and warm practice, would recommend to all.
