I would've like to keep this place to myself because it's so darn good! My Lord I fell in love with their Chicken Burrito Bowl but now working my way through other menus and I am held captive with the sticky tofu bowl. It is out of this world and best yet is that this is 100% healthy, just trust me and try it out.

We did an Uber Eats order for a staff lunch. Amazing, delicious and fresh. Love that you can customise your own bowl. Recommend this especially if you have dietary issues. Group vote is we will now order from here for our work Xmas lunch. Highlighly recommended. It would be great if they would consider the caeser salad as a takeaway item.

They have three vegan options. I tried the zen bowl. It was a good amount of food and also quite tasty! It’s definitely more of a take away place.

Holy Cow, these beautiful humans make the best chicken Caesar salad I have ever had, and it's my go-to so Ive had a lot. If all takeaway was this yummy and healthy then what a wonderful world we would live in.

Really enjoyed my lunch at Proud Sprout. A friend recommended we check it out and it was a good call. Staff were super friendly. Lot's of options on the menu or make your own bowl, which is what we did. Definitely recommend checking it out if you haven't yet!

Lovely food but for $16 I think it’s fair to say it’s pretty disappointing value :/
