    The good guys Brighton has a great range of products, and they carry the spare parts and perishables required to maintain those products (unlike some competitors). The team is attentive and asked me if I needed help several times during my vist. There is also ample parking onsite.

    Terrible customer service. They were supposed to deliver an oven (not a cheap product) which has not happened yet. I had to chase them up and still don't have an ETA, all in all $1000 purchase that it'd be laying somewhere for who knows how long if I don't chase them. I was supposed to receive a call when the oven wasn't delivered and I didn't. I had to cancel the installation I had booked with them because they didn't, so someone wouldn't knock on my door the next day at 7,00 am. The reason the driver gave is that there's no parking outside the place available. Now I live across a 24h parking that always has spaces available, in case there's no street parking at the time (IKEA has just used it) and should I had received a call I would've opened the garage. I have claimed the delivery fee (at least!) and I was told I have to go to the store for that physically or if I could send my bank details by EMAIL!!!! So unsafe for my data! I'm most unhappy, I won't be buying from these guys again

    Exceptional customer service. I purchased a washing machine.. less than a week later it was reduced by almost $200. I emailed Brighton customer service asking if they could honor the reduced price. To my surprise, and within a couple of hours, Simone from The Good Guys agreed and processed the refund for the difference. Thanks - I’ll be back. I’ve told my family and friends about this experience as well.

    The worst Customer service!! Would not replace a faulty product, gave me information about the Product brand, as having good service, so he didn't have to deal with it, though when i called them directly, the information wasn't correct about what they do for you. Adam the floor manager, was not empathetic, doesn't entertain replacing an item which has issues, and just hovers around without saying anything, until you leave.

    I was researching a microwave and had narrowed the choice to two models available across The Good Guys, Amazon, Appliances Online and Harvey Norman. I rung up The Good Guys in order to find out the difference between the two models. After being transferred to the department I was hung up on without speaking to staff after 7 minutes of waiting. Needless to say, I chose to purchase the microwave from another store. If they can't be bothered answering the phone, what confidence would you have in their ability to service the product/effect repairs? Poor service loses sales.

    Website was bloody awful, marked a product as in stock, while it was not actually there, wasting my time to cycle far to this place. The old bloke was nice, and helped me to check the stock on other stores for me. A younger dude in glasses and masks seems to be uncomfortable when I asked questions. Overall sketchy website, and located quite far away from train stations, so not convenient.

    Came here to buy a fridge, induction and oven. One gentleman in laundry was willing to help, but the remaining staff were no where to be seen in the remaining 30 minutes we were there. We were acknowledged once but no follow up. Every time I come to Good Guys I’m left disappointed - won’t be back any time soon.

    I recieved a dud fridge (ordered online). I spoke to someone in store who guided me through the process, and when that process with the supplier fell apart Nora was incredible. She organised for my dud to be picked up and a new one delivered. As much as it was an agonising experience her appetite to help me and sort this out when she realised my journey was incredible. Thanks Nora :)

    Excellent customer service for microwave and air fryer purchase. Parking: easily accessible and plenty of spaces just turn in park and walk straight in convenient if you want to grab and go. Products separated into two buildings: home appliances and home entertainment - I went into home appliances to purchase a microwave and air fryer. Service: friendly, fast and helpful, provided product, comparisons, personal experience to provide me all the facts I needed to make a purchase decision. Disclaimer: I don’t like being in crowded stores - This is after Boxing Day on a weeknight so it wasn’t busy. I do my research before walking into a store because I loathe shopping. Not only was the experience painless but also enjoyable. Completely blown away by the rockstar service. Nora first provided me with assistance then Aida who helped bring out a box to the car - just perfect customer service, ladies thank you so much I really needed the microwave for night and you sorted it out straight away thank you!! 10/10 I would shop here for this rock star customer service again!!

    It was something terrible and after going to this store I had a nervous breakdown, I was humiliated in front of all the visitors. I came to buy a coffee machine on 07/01/24. Next to the product there was a bowl with coffee capsules of different sizes, there was no one nearby. I took a box with a coffee machine and thought that it was just a promotion and took 4 coffee capsules that would fit my new coffee machine in size .... I put 4 Capsules in my bag and went to the checkout ... in 2 min time the "beautiful woman “is running across the entire hall "in a Nespresso apron” (apparently she works in promotion) and saying that those capsules that I took without asking do not fit my purchase, I was confused and take it out of my bag and show her that these are the capsules that are suitable in size . I go to the checkout to pay and when I told my phone number at the checkou this “ lovely lady “ ran up to me and was very rude, in front of all the visitors who were in line, she said that I should return all the coffee capsules since this is “limited edition ”, I gave all the capsules and said that there are no more, she is still waiting for something else, I showed her my empty bag and it all happened in front of people... she returned 3 capsules to me after 30 seconds. I paid for the purchase and when the shock of shame passed, I burst into tears, I became hysterical, I was afraid all day.
