Dinner
Little
Africa
Restaurant
serving
Ethiopian
cuisine.
I
got
the
combination
which
provides
3
dishes
each
from
the
veg
and
non-veg
menu
chosen
by
the
chef,
along
with
injera,
a
fermented
thin
pancake
like
bread.
A
big
tray
is
presented
and
once
the
lid
is
lifted
one
is
wowed
by
the
array
of
dishes
on
top
of
the
injera:
Fish
Fava
beans
Lamb
Lentils
Chicken
Vegetable
Salad
Hand
sanitiser
and
serviettes
at
the
table,
clean
your
hands,
pour
yourself
some
water,
and
then
get
stuck
in
as
there
is
no
cutlery,
use
the
injera
to
scoop
up
the
food
and
enjoy.
Enjoy
I
did,
the
meal
is
absolutely
fantastic
and
blew
me
away
with
the
delicious
use
of
spices
to
create
flavour
without
being
intense.
That
slightly
sour
injera
is
soft
and
spongy
and
also
helps
to
mute
the
flavour
of
the
other
dishes
in
a
good
way.
It's
just
a
lovely
combination.
The
lamb
is
spicy
but
not
immediately
apparent,
it
builds.
I
love
the
fava
beans.
The
chicken
is
immersed
in
a
butter
sauce
which
presents
this
rich
buttery
ooziness.
Totally
satisfied.
