One of the best Organic and vitamin shops I've ever been to, these people know the products they sell, comprehensive knowledge and customer care. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will try the very best to chase the product you want. Hands down the best around in the western corridor/suburbs

One of my fav shops in PCTC. It has a great range of stock & cater for those looking for GF, vegan, vegetarian & healthy options. Claire & Krisy are always happy & helpful. My go to place for Zeally Bay Sourdough.

Customer service is very disappointing. Everytime I have gone in there the staff have been unwelcoming, cold and unfriendly. Very disappointing shopping experience in this store. REPLY TO ALMA - I don't think there is so much a miscommunication. And, has been experiences not just the one experience. I have been into your store 4 times and everytime have received pretty poor customer service. I think this is something you might need to look at as part of/include in your training. But appreciate your response.

Poor transparency in pricing. In several occasions they've charged me more than what was quoted on the item. Plz check your receipt before you walk away from the shop.

Terrible customer service. The woman that served me this morning looked down her nose at me as if I was beneath her. She was unpleasant and couldn't be bothered. I won't go back. There plenty of others to choose from.

This Govita is in Point cook near Coles. Easy parking. Great customer service and plenty of healthy products including organic fresh produce. Prices are very reasonable and they accept Amex as well.

Five star is not enough for this shop .They are very skilled to what the selling and made the entire shopping enjoyable and stress-free, always willing to answer any questions I had and providing valuable insights and suggestions. They dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout our collaboration.

Good range of organic whole foods and products.

A must to if you are vegan, or health conscious and want to eat and live organic or if you have any special dietary requirements such as celiacs . They have everything you can think of from veges to skin care. The staff are always nice and friendly too and happy to help out.

Very good produce here but customer service is terrible. I was waiting at the counter to purchase something she came up didn't acknowledge me at all and was very rude. Not sure if I want them to have my business anymore.

They always charge over price tag if customers good with mathematics need to figure out. Very unprofessional
