If
youre
looking
for
a
safe,
trustworthy
and
caring
pet
transport
group;
look
no
further.
I
actually
can
not
put
into
words
how
thankful
I
am
for
Jetpets
and
their
service
provided.
I
moved
to
Melbourne
to
pursue
nursing
during
COVID
in
2021.
With
COVID
still
managing
to
intercept
every
choice
I
made,
commercial
airlines
(QANTAS)
stopped
pet
travel
on
the
same
flight
as
the
human
passenger,
and
required
specific
3rd
party
pet
transport
companies
to
organise
the
travel.
When
I
found
this
out
I
was
heart
broken
beyond
belief.
Luckily,
my
cat
Penny
had
a
safe
space
with
my
mother
until
I
could
sort
a
plan
out.
From
the
initial
email,
to
talking
to
the
friendly
staff
about
her,
her
needs
and
my
concerns
(her
age
of
nearly
10
years)
and
queries
(of
about
a
hundred)
they
were
patient,
understanding
and
caring.
As
a
public
servant,
I
didn't
realise
how
much
I
needed
the
support
through
the
service
myself.
Long
haul
travel,
or
travel
with
multiple
stints
can
be
daunting
let
alone
for
pets.
Not
only
did
I
get
consistent
text
messages
from
the
beautiful
humans
escorting
her,
but
photos
of
her
when
she
was
in
between
travel
stints.
She
was
able
to
stretch
her
legs,
get
lots
of
pats
and
fuel
up
for
the
following
journey.
Coming
from
ZNE/Newman
WA,
to
Melbourne
is
a
big
trip
for
anyone
let
alone
a
cat.
Newman
being
so
rural
there
was
concern
that
I
couldn't
find
anyone
to
cater
to
escorting
her
over.
Jet
pets
organised
within
a
week
to
have
her
picked
up,
doing
all
the
hard
yards
of
check
ins,
departures,
arrivals,
pitstops
and
everything
in
between.
Jetpets
also
updated
me
via
text
as
to
her
whereabouts
in
real
time.
I
know
this
is
a
late
review
but
I
realised
after
referring
10+
people
to
their
service,
that
they
need
the
positive
feedback
directly.
Specific
shout
out
to
Christy;
not
only
sending
me
a
bunch
of
photos
but
a
video
of
Penny
whilst
on
pitstops
in
Perth.
It
brought
me
so
much
calmness,
not
to
mention
she
also
used
feliway
before
her
next
trip
to
help
calm
the
nerves.
Christy
is
a
God
send
and
deserves
the
world.
Kindest
regards,
Ainslie
