I've been seeing Dr Jyoti for more than a year now and she has 100% changed how my body functions. It's finally doing what it should! After years of trying to take care of my PCOS and not succeeding, she's helped me feel amazing in my own skin. While the medication provided by Dr Jyothi was working, her manner was disappointing. She sent me several medications without instructions on how to take them. After emailing her for the instructions, she gave me instructions to a different medication that she didn't even send me. I don't know if this is dangerous in ayurvedic medicine, but it doesn't seem to fit the duty of care for a medical practitioner. Dr Jyothi had previously advised that it is not good to stop and start the treatment, but to continue it without interruption for maximum benefit. She went overseas without leaving an out of office message, and left me without medication for over a month. I had to chase her up twice to find out she was not in the country. I understand that this might have been for an emergency, hence an out of office message on her emails would have sufficed. I do agree that the medication was working, but I didn't feel like I was a patient being cared for and had to follow up with her on several occasions.

I have seen Dr Jyothi since 2021 for endometriosis. She is very caring and kind. Since I started seeing her my life has changed. I have more energy, have lost weight and most importantly am living with less pain. Her treatment has benefited me so much. Highly recommended!

Dr Jyothi, in Malvern, is calm, kind, and very thorough. I had a longstanding array of difficult physical symptoms and was in emotional despair by the time I saw her. I went to Jyothi in December 2022, as I was suffering from many ailments (Bartholin Cysts, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Fistula and was on Pill for 5 years). I underwent perianal abscess surgery, and I had a fistula. I was not able to sit, stand or walk. Doctors suggested that I should undergo colonoscopy and Fistulotomy.
