I lost my original engagement ring purchased from Keshett so we came in for a replacement. We acquired a beautiful romantic emerald ring with halo diamonds, along with an eternity ring. I'm from Perth and had been lusting after a couple of pieces since January so I couldn't wait to go and finally purchase a piece. I went to the Block Arcade store and experienced possibly the worst customer service ever. The 2 sales people were obviously having a bad day, one looked at me like I was going to rob the store and they were having an argument while I was there. At one point, I think they thought I had left and started yelling at each other again. It was awful and so awkward. Needless to say, Keshett is not where I will be buying my special piece of jewellery.

I recently had my engagement ring reset by Keshett. I was given several Art Deco rings (the style of my choice) to try on, and picked one that I loved, and that suited the stone in my original ring. The result was a stunning piece that everyone I know loves. I was so happy with this beautiful ring that when a big birthday approached sometime later, I decided to have a stone in another old ring reset. Again, the experience was overwhelmingly positive, with lots of personal attention by Keshett staff. Paula offered expert advice on choosing a setting suitable for the particular stone, and Tony kept me in the loop throughout the Melbourne lockdown, during which the ring was manufactured. I never had an anxious moment. The resulting ring is out of this world. Keshett has also done some repair work on other Art Deco pieces for me, with very satisfactory results. I recommend this jeweller in the strongest possible terms, for the finest quality workmanship, and an end result that is guaranteed to take your breath away.

What a wonderful experience I had. We were looking for a little pendant and thanks to Paula's helpful suggestions we settled on a simple, yet classic and elegant solution. It was a gloomy day in Melbourne. The sun had gone, the clouds were heavy and our spirits had never been lower. My friend and I were trying to book an Uber back to our apartment after an unsuccessful day of shopping, but we noticed a sparkle in the corner of our eyes that brought back the glimmer of hope in our hearts. Could not fault the service and friendliness of owner and staff and quality of product in this gem (haha) of a shop. My daughter went there on Dec 23rd to get her Keshett's engagement ring resized. I gave in to temptation and bought myself a glorious sapphire and diamond ring (after all, it was nearly Christmas). The band was too small and had to be resized. Although they made no promises - they delivered big time and the rings were able to be collected that same day. Would 100% recommend this wonderful business.

The team at Keshett are absolutely fantastic. They sourced the most stunning Zircon for a beautiful 1920 ring which I bought from Keshett. I had been searching for a ring similar to one I had stolen 15 years ago and they couldn't do enough to help me. I tend to ponder over things for ages & they are very patient & reassuring. I also had my Dads ring sized to fit me & my Nana's repaired & sized. Both very special pieces which I had absolute faith in Keshett doing. Paula and the girls at Keshett are the epitome of excellent customer service. They have an exceptional array of stunning jewellery in both of their locations and the attention to their clients individual needs is second to none. I visited Keshett a few years back with my husband numerous times looking for an engagement ring within our budget. Each time we entered the store we were greeted by name, with warmth and genuine kindness and we were shown the newest pieces that may have worked for us. I think I tried on half the bloody store and came back half a dozen times! Every time I visited, the ladies would kindly go between both stores with me to help find the one. And eventually we did! After such a great experience it was only natural that we also wanted to purchase a wedding band from Keshett. Initially, I was quite daunted by the notion of finding an engagement ring that was just right for me within a certain budget, but everyone at Keshett was absolutely a dream. If this wasn't already enough, on my wedding day I wore a filagree Art deco bracelet that I purchased elsewhere almost a decade and a half prior, which was lost when getting some photos taken. Luckily we found it in the same location the very next morning however it was shattered to pieces after having been run over by a car. I was devastated to have such incredible craftmanship ruined and broken into pieces. One year later and long forgotten, my husband had taken the pieces into Keshett and surprised me on our anniversary with the miraculously fixed bracelet. Paula the owner simply had taken the bracelet at the time it was bought in, and said she would 'Take care of it'. She got the very best people in the industry to craft it back to it's original and glorious state and now I love it's story even more. Absolutely highly recommended, a hundred times over.
