This
was
our
situation.
We
had
no
experience
whatsoever
in
reef
aquaria
as
a
hobby
or
profession.
We
decided,
basically
on
a
whim,
to
install
a
feature
display
consisting
of
a
reef
aquarium
at
the
time
of
renovating
our
inner
city
Edwardian
house.
Without
a
doubt
the
success
of
our
tank
is
totally
attributable
to
the
staff
at
Starfire
Aquatics.
They
were
involved
with
the
process
of
planning,
construction,
installation
and
plumbing
-
all
carried
out
by
Billy
in
an
expert
and
professional
fashion.
Following
commissioning
of
the
aquarium,
Billy
has
extensively
followed
us
up
with
tons
of
post
marketing
advice
and
care.
In
particular,
as
stated
before,
I
entered
the
aquariast
hobby
with
absolutely
zero
previous
experience
in
how
to
run
a
reef
aquarium.
I
found
that
Billy
is
highly
experienced
and
has
been
so
useful
at
passing
on
his
expert
knowledge
to
me.
I
now
feel,
after
only
a
few
months,
very
confident
in
this
new
found
hobby
and
it
is
in
no
doubt
attributable
to
hisexpert
advice
and
support.
Moreover,
we
had
significantly
limited
space
and
Billy
managed
to
construct
a
display
tank
and
sump
that
was
millimeter
perfect
to
fit
into
the
space
that
we
had
available
Moreover,
I
am
pretty
sure
that
we
would
have
been
faced
with
a
number
of
disasters
and
crashes
of
the
tank,
however
each
time
that
I
have
felt
something
wasn't
right,
Billly
was
always
available
for
help.
He
would
often
come
around,
have
a
look
at
the
tank,
advise
what
needed
to
be
done
and
would
always
fix
what
was
wrong.
It
appears
to
me
that
he
takes
a
real
enjoyment
and
active
role
in
making
sure
that
his
clients
have
a
successfully
running
setup.
I
am
really
impressed
with
his
help.
Billy
has
supplied
us
with
ongoing
hours
of
support,
either
by
phone
or
in
person
on
site.
I
really
cannot
recommend
him
and
his
team
highly
enough.
