Usually get my dog food from here. There’s free car park behind the building. Emily is always super friendly to my dog and he also loves her. He always wants to go inside the store when we walk past (to get a treat maybe? 😆). They have very good collection of different pet products. Go and say hello to Emily 😉

I visited this store for the first time today. Needed a muzzle for my dog after a visit to the vet. I was assisted by Melissa, apparently her first day at the store. What a wonderful, helpful person she was. Customer service at its absolute best! Infact all the staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful. I had to return the muzzle unfortunately and once again, sensational service! If you're wanting great service, visit this store for all your pets needs.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved the automatic dog tag engraver there too! So easy to use and relatively cheap. On site parking is perfect for the busy South Melbourne area.

I'm afraid this place has gone downhill since switching over to petstock franchise. Today I had a frustrating experience and left empty-handed. Firstly, I was told an advertised special had expired (it hadn't). Once that was resolved, I discovered the regular-priced item I was also trying to purchase was a few dollars more than the shelf price. When I pointed this out to the cashier, they said they couldn't override the till to honour the shelf price!! If I had ordered online and accepted free delivery, the price would have been better and I would have avoided the frustration. Lesson learned.

Their loyalty program is excellent! Heaps of cash back on our usual purchases for our little boy (kibble, wet food and treats). They also have a great range of other products, including cute outfits, name tags, hygiene staples, etc. The staff is always super friendly and will offer treats to our doggo, which he loves!

I love this place, lots of options and reasonably priced and the staff is pretty awesome too. Whenever I take my furry baby there, they shower him with lots of pats and extra complimentary treats, special mention to the 2 girls on the counter today, you have made his day ❤️

Awesome customer service from Wendy. Happily exchanged a dog bed as I'd bought the wrong size. Helped me pick a harness and made sure it was the right fit. It is rare these days to get such a high level of service. Will definitely be back for all Santi's future needs.

Great location and has a huge parking area. 1st time to visit here just to look for something and I was amaze how ideal and complete the products here for pets specially for dogs an cat. I think I will enjoy dropping by here to shop for my fur babies. Great shop and very convenient, highly recommended!

Excellent place to shop for pets stuff, especially dogs and cats. Huge selection of everything.Friendly staff to assist you. Wanted to get a pig nose for my doggie but has been out of stock for awhile explained by the friendly staff. Will go back there again when I am in Melbourne.

The staff is very friendly. They have a small section for birds, and the staff weren't so informative about some products. They have bigger sections for dogs and cats as usual. Overall, it's a good place to visit.

Dog friendly. Love this for my fur babies needs & toys/treats. All animals are in this shop have options not just for dogs. They sell fish tanks and supplies too. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

The South Melbourne team were wonderful and really knowledgeable. They made my in store experience so easy when it came to choosing the best products for my new puppy.

They couldn't even put my puppies harness on properly super expensive for what you get and not very nice but if you don't like it they made it clear you can return any item.. but if it's not good why waste another day going back.

Very friendly team and a great variety to shop from. Customers around us were getting great recommendations about pet nutrition, training and important essentials to buy. Dog treats and accessories don't have great prices since many are US imports so I only got a couple of toys and a bowl, but my friend managed to grab rabbit treats at a good steal.

The staff who attended me was very helpful. She also helped me put the 20kg bag in my car. Even though I reached almost towards the closing time of the store, she did not let me feel rushed for any decision. I will go back again.

Went to this store last Saturday afternoon to pick up my order for my fur babies. Since it was a cat sale it was quite a busy day for only one staff on the cashier. Great location, opening hours and range. I went to buy a cat tower and two team members patiently took me through my options, were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer questions I had. They have been more flexible and helpful than most pet stores!

Fantastic store with a huge range for dogs and cats. Very helpful, friendly staff and knowledge on products. Large back area and well spaced, so doesn't feel cramped with products inside. You can even bring in your dog to check stuff out, pretty cool.
