Very poor experience. The people at this business do not appreciate repeat business. You will have a better experience elsewhere. Marshall, in response to your comment below, if you think that is a fair representation of the situation, you are as delusional as you are condescending. I also don’t appreciate you publicly sharing the content of private emails I sent you in a vindictive attempt to humiliate me and would very much appreciate it if you could edit your response to rectify this. Prior to your response my experience as a customer of your business was bad, now it’s awful.

They claim to be a specialist but can sell you a part without a seriel number, regardless of the fact that I had the orginal part with me. Once they could make a sale I was no longer of any interest to them.

I made an online enquiry for stock availability of a product listed of their website. The response was quick and the product was in stock. The purchasing process was smooth and easy to compete. The products arrived in a timely fashion and as described. Very satisfied with the overall service of BBQ’s and Outdoor.

So impressed with their customer service. Great quality products and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Highly recommend

In 2020 I was looking for good quality cast aluminum patio furniture and after spending a lot of time searching, I found Meltoncraft's Nassau series distributed by BBQs and Outdoor. I ordered the furniture and the team kept me updated with clear information about the lead times (given the scrambled supply chains at the time) and when it arrived, a portion of the coffee table was unusable due to a defect. I took a photo and sent this to BBQs and Outdoor, and they promptly replaced the bad part with no fuss and no extra cost to me. Three years later, this furniture still looks great and has resisted the weather very well. Late last year, when I wanted to install an outdoor sink in the backyard, I went immediately to BBQs and Outdoor and purchased a Napoleon sink module. Again, the customer service was very good - there was a glitch because the credit card I used to pay the deposit got cut off due to fraud, and this led to needing to work with Courtney on a solution, but Courtney was very friendly and helpful, and this did not impact on delivering the sink, which has turned out to be perfect for what I need. In summary, not only does BBQ and Outdoor sell products that I have been very happy with, but they also provide well above average customer service when resolving typical retail issues that are not their fault. For this reason, BBQs and Outdoor will continue to be my first choice for future purchases of this sort of product.

I've moved further away but still come here because the range and service are just the best.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. It is a family owned business. They operate with utmost respect and make the entire process easy. We ordered an outdoor table and chairs for our alfresco. Their prices are the best, lead time short (one week, in our case), and delivery on time, professional, and with a smile. BBQs and Outdoor are a model of what customer service should be. Highly recommended!

Not often I take time to write positive reviews but felt BBQs and Outdoors deserved the acknowledgement. Purchased my electric fireplace with assistance from Marshall who made the transaction a breeze and answered all questions I had. To Courtney who was fantastic with after sales service despite my million questions I threw at her she was knowledgeable, quick to respond and went above and beyond in contacting manufacturers to provide me with information I requested. Hard to find reliable and honest retailers these days. For piece of mind would defiantly recommend if you need a BBQ or fireplace to keep these guys in mind because you know you will be looked after.

I was looking for some spare parts for my Beefeater BBQ, was going to buy online but put in a call to see if they had stock. Excellent service and great dealership. Was assisted by Courtney who was very knowledgeable and helped me in finalizing my decision on a Weber Traveler as well as a charcoal Weber Jumbo joe bbq. They have a pretty extensive range of outdoor appliances, accessories and Weber barbeque's within the store + multiple other brands too. Definitely recommend them based on my experience.
