This is a classic Bunnings Warehouse, an enormous place with good access and parking, and fair to good customer service, they go out of their way to be helpful if you can find them. The quality of goods purchased is about equal to other large hardware stores in the area and the prices are fractionally lower. I always spend a lot of time and money when I come here, mostly because I find so many things I like. Overall: Everything you expect from a big Bunnings store. Highlight: Genuinely polite staff.

Started using app before visiting to locate products & check prices & availability. App will walk you to the product directly meaning all previous visits (when it was hard to find a staff member to help, mainly due to size of store) redundant. Excellent price on Hard Yakka hoodies.

Everyone loves Bunnings including me. It's probably a bit more expensive that other places if you shop around however it just has it all in the one shop. I could easily spend 100k there in a day.

Had the best experience ever with Shane @ Kangaroo Flat, Bendigo. Had to pick up a large box consisting of heavy metal shelf rack. Since, I am pretty new to load and tighten this kind of heavy object, I took assistance/guidance from Shane. He went above and beyond to give 7 star customer service. I seriously do appreciate Bunnings and their policies which instil such kind of attitude in their team members. Kudos to Shane & Bunnings other team 👏

I was asked to get outta there cos like theys says I was drunk and that. But like I wasn’t havin any for like 2 hours Or sumfin and me and mark really needed a nail gun for sumfin but I can tell yas what. but na. Bloke was nice and that just seems like dishgriminations cos I don’t know me dad and me auntie had to drive me

We arrived just before the cafe closed, about 5/10 minutes to go. I ordered a medium 1/2 strength latte and, when I received it, it was less than 1/2 full. The top of the latte was all froth. Definitely not a good service received.

This store has such a huge variety of products and obliging with special orders, it’s a regular shopping spot for me. Adequate staff available that you can usually find someone to help with questions and where to locate items. Their trailers are brilliant, especially easy connections and nothing too heavy or difficult that the average woman can’t do herself. Plenty of parking and big aisles in store so you don’t feel hemmed in even when it’s busy. Personally I think they could use a few more manned checkouts sometimes and less self serve. Door greeters always polite.

Perfect waterproof dog beds at great prices. Found exactly what we needed in the most unexpected place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Well done @Bunnings

Not sure who would actually read a review of Bunnings, but since Google has asked I shall provide. The ultimate store to never have the thing you want but always have the ability to sell you a something else. 3 stars seems fair as you'll never leave empty handed.

Very helpful staff. Went in to buy a security system and lady at the desk didn't know much about them so called over a young bloke who was apparently the expert. He was very helpful and knew everything about it - even very techinical questions I asked from working in IT that I wouldn't expect a Bunnings worker to know. He's probably a bit too overqualifed to be working at Bunnings 😂 Snags were good as well

Wide variety of plants and garden products. The main issue for someone who has mobility limitations is that the store in general is extremely difficult to navigate different sections of products. But that's what you expect from a warehouse. In general, the staff are very helpful
