The whole experience with Vicmovers was amazing - from requesting a quote to the actual moving. Amar was very responsive to our emails and informative. Our movers were AS and Jazz. They were punctual, experienced and very professional. They took good care of our items and did dismantling and assembly of the bigger furniture. This was my first move, and I came across Vicmovers whilst browsing for movers. As it turned out, the 4.9 stars are well-justified. While arranging for the movers, Amar recommended me the bigger truck just in case (they wouldn't charge you unless you actually used that space), and he turned out to be right. I had underestimated the amount of stuff I had lying around the apartment, and ended up using the whole truck. It was a 2 bedroom apartment, and came down to about $950. Compared to other movers (called a couple around for quotes), this one seemed to be the cheapest (as far as I know). The move was fast and professional. Jazz and Nathan were personable and helpful, and it was a nice experience. All around, I can't really think of one thing to complain. They also drove me to the storage place (and offered to drive me back home), so that was nice as well.

Such a great experience having Armar and Nathan help us move today. They were amazing. They took such good care, were super friendly and made the whole experience a positive one which says a lot for moving house! I highly recommend them for any move. We will use them again for sure.

A few years ago, we had to move two times in two years, and used Vic Movers both times with excellent results. So when we had to move from Melbourne to Geelong, they were the first on my list. Amar called the night before the move to make sure everything was ready to go, and to answer any remaining questions we had. The two movers arrived promptly the next morning and got right to work. They even brought a larger truck than was required just in case I had underestimated the bulk of our contents (I had). We didn't have to pay for the bigger truck if we didn't end up using it, but it ensured we wouldn't have to make two long trips. Both Nathan and Kamran were friendly and professional, and besides letting them know where to put furniture in the new place, we just sat back and let them do their work. Very quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend Vic Movers when moving house!

The team was accomodating to my last minute request. They showed up on time and took great care with my belongings. I appreciate the disassembly and reassembly of my bed since I don’t have tools. I’d definitely recommend Vic Movers and will seek their services for any future moving needs I may have in the future.

Nicest movers I’ve ever met and so helpful! They offered to take extra items for me free of charge that I was planning on taking myself, and even helped me pack my own car. I had some struggles with my building manager regarding the lift booking and they offered to delay the time for me to accommodate for the lift, they’re so kind and so quick! Will definitely book here next time I have to move ☺️☺️

Totally unprofessional. Sloppy and slow, even had to rent a truck! Didn't help us to install anything at the new place as promised, and left puddles at the old place. Asked for water, asked my wife for help, and even flirted with her! Stopped to have lunch when me and my wife didn't eat all day. Stopped to sit down a lot while still charging us. I had to call on family members to move everything else out. They were supposed to help us wrap everything but didn't, also didn't have wrapping supplies. They asked us for boxes!!! If I could rate 0 I would. Don't use.

These guys are legends. We had a few complications in our move. Some of our furniture was really heavy. Our place had stairs that were really awkward to maneuver around. We had too much stuff for the truck we asked for. But you know what? These guys were flexible and very skilled and some how made it work. Really professional outfit these guys run. I really appreciate the work they did for my move. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Just wanted to drop my recommendation for Amar and Jazz, it was my first time using a removalist and they were fantastic start to finish. I moved apartments in late May within the CBD, it was a fully furnished 2BR unit and had all our furniture moved. They were careful with our stuff and constantly communicated with me all throughout. Even gave us tips to make our move easier. I’d definitely consider using them again next time!

The boys at Vicmovers completed my move for me in a timely manner and got the fishtank to me safe and sound. No other moving companies would do the job for me 😊 They even completed it on their day off for me at no additional charge as they had an emergency booking the day before when we originally booked. Amar and Jazz from VicMovers did an amazing job by not only getting an extremely heavy dining table up a flight of stairs for us, but delivering everything else from our 2 bedroom apartment, to our 3 bedroom townhouse with extreme care, a great attitude, and without leaving any damage to either properties. Prior to the move, and on the day, the boys were very transparent about pricing and timing, and were such hard workers that they didn’t even take a break. We appreciated the time Amar took to discuss the quantity and size of our furniture in the lead up to the move, to ensure there were no unexpected surprises to either party. I couldn't sleep the night before moving, going through all the worst case scenarios in relation to moving between a tight one bedroom apartment + storage facility to another apartment in cramped inner city Melbourne. I couldn't have hoped for any more from Amar and Jas, they made the process as smooth possible and went out of their way to ensure that we made the elevator deadlines imposed by body corporates on both ends. They are very experienced and good at what they do, I wouldn't hesitate to either use them again or recommend to a friend.

Amar and Jasper were incredible for our move! We had a lot of furniture to move out of our rental and into our newly renovated home, and a lot more furniture to move around in our new home, which had been placed into storage. Amar and Jasper communicated very clearly with us, worked efficiently, and handled each of our items with utmost care. There were a lot of big, difficult items to move which they worked like magic. They came very equipped for the job with lots of tools and blankets etc to protect each item and prevent damage to the rooms they moved them in as well. It was a big job which they performed so well and were also much cheaper than a lot of bigger moving companies. Highly recommend this team!

I have had a great experience with Vicmovers. The scheduling was quick, and even though I was not reachable over the phone when they called me the day prior to the move to confirm the schedule which lead them to think I may have cancelled, they still made their team available early morning at 2 hours notice on the day of the move. The move itself too was very professional. They were careful with the items being moved as well as the dismantling and assembly of furniture and appliances, and made sure there was no damage to my belongings or the property. Certainly recommend their services.
