I am very pleased with my choice of tough K9 turf installed by Premier Grass for my smallish yard. It is coping well with the wet weather (I had agi pipe included) and I can clean up the dog gifts very easily. Overall, a very good product (I researched thoroughly and no other product I was quoted for could compare with the toughness of this turf), thorough installation (so many layers to the job, so much work involved) and friendly customer service. No longer will I have to endure burnt patches, mud and dug out holes. I sit and groom small dogs regularly so had to find a solution. The installation went very well. I recommend the turf lock system as well as the zeo fill. There was just one area I asked to be re-installed due to an aluminium border issue but Tim came back quickly to fix it to my satisfaction. Overall, a great product and I look forward to enjoying my new yard.

Firstly if you are interstate and wanting the Drainpro cells from K9Grass.com.au (sold through Premier Grass) think again, the packing for transport of some glad wrap around these plastic cells did nothing. Of the 19 cells I received, 9 were damaged of the edges and some cells were damaged more than once. I contacted K9grass/Premier Grass and was asked to email the sales person, I did with images and never heard back from them. I had an issue with the grass roll, conversations with the sales person were that they could cut down a 6m x 4m roll, to a 6m x 3m and 6m x 1m. Then the 1m roll being placed inside the 3m roll, so collecting from the freight yard would be easy by trailer. This was not done and the extra length in the roll made it a transport issue for me. So both supply and transport are an issue in this, so I can't say this had been the smoothest purchase with the company.

I could not recommend Premier Grass any more highly! Amazing quality turf at a great price point. I got a few samples and quotes at different companies before coming across premier grass and am so glad I found them. Just got my turf in and ended up saving myself thousands compared to what I was originally quoted by another company.

We purchased grass from Premier Grass and upon rolling it out about a week later, we realised we did not receive the grass we paid for- we got 1.5m not 3m. We then contacted them to rectify this. After speaking to staff, they told us that they realised an hour later that they gave us the wrong roll. Despite having all of our contact information, they did not attempt to contact us despite realising we didn’t have our grass. After we contacted them they asked us to return what we received and collect our grass- this resulted in us having to rent a trailer to do the swap over. I am disappointed that we had to go out of our way to rectify their mistake and waste hours of our time, plus money to rent a trailer to fix this. Not very happy that they didn’t attempt to come up with an easier solution, nor contact us regarding their error.

Amazing job done by the guys from Premier Synthetic Grass Australia… special shout out to Tim, Jose, Tony and Carlos for their awesome customer service and work. Highly recommend and so does Murph the four legged master of the house 🐾🐾

Premier grass product, premier service from the very first contact. Tim was not a sales person, he was a consultant: at every step of the process he made us feel that he listened to us and wanted us to be pleased. He kept us informed, and was always respectful. The team did a superior job. We were able to compare Premier's work as a neighbour had recently installed artificial turf. Premier had a bigger crew, meaning a quicker installation. They had better existing buffalo grass removal equipment. They used and compacted a better base. We are really pleased!

I recently got synthetic grass installed from Premier Grass in my backyard. It was an excellent experience right from initial quote enquiry to final installation. Ruch and team were very professional in listening to my requirements, giving me options and helping in choosing right grass for my backyard. I will definitely recommend Premier Grass to anyone looking for synthetic grass installation. The grass they offer is a lot better than offered by other vendors in same price.

Excellent products and service. K9 artificial grass is holding it's own against a very big pup, and the team here were great at advising on the best product to go for and advice on maintenance. Strongly recommend.

Couldn't recommend this enough. Steve was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I vacuumed the sand that was originally put over the turf, the sand was keeping the bad smells in. Then spread the Zeofill and brushed it in. Sprayed with the Stain and Oder Terminator every 2-3 days for 2-3 weeks, to try flush the dog pee smell out and smells are completely gone. Looking forward to a stink free summer. Thanks again.

Premier Grass did a fantastic job with the astroturf they installed at our house, making our outdoor space so much more welcoming and is worth every penny we paid. In particular, the attention to detail and care shown by Jose and Arnold (who installed the grass) was very impressive, and I could trust that they would've sweated all the details. Furthermore, Tim (who gave us a quote) was very understanding when I wasn't able to let him in after he arrived a little early, waiting outside patiently whilst I tried to wrap up a meeting. It is therefore not surprising that there is a bit of a wait time, and they are chasing their tails a little with the constant rain, so communication could have been better. But that is a very small complaint in an otherwise very positive experience. Thanks guys!

Two personable, well mannered young men did a wonderful job of installing my grass and changing the whole look of my backyard. They worked consistently until the job was completed very neatly. It looks just like real lawn and my little Cavoodle loves running and rolling on it. I’m very pleased to have chosen Premier Grass and highly recommend them.
